That would involve them having to do work that isnt what they typically have to do. They are putting 100% of the responsibility on the person so they dont have to deal with the insurance company trying to nickel and dime them. I have to lead adults everyday at my job so I know dealing with crazy teenagers has got to be difficult. The way it was explained and the actions taken were justified for kids fighting. The walking home peice has been lifted up but is being chalked up as a misunderstanding. He does need to be coached on the way he said this isn't a public schhool but that's no where near enough for him to lose his job. What he did overall is a warning at best.

Blocking has to be done with your hands to your side and no contact. On zone defense having 1 big guy in the middle would be perfect. Its up to you, its mostly speed but having 1 big dude to sub in on zones and to block would be cool.
