I heart City Barbeque. We hire them come out and cater us at work all the time. After they feed 500 people I can still take home 3 plates for the family! As long as you give them enough notice they can have it all ready to go for you.

I put a new launcher in it (launcher pro). I hated going sideways too so I got the one that scrolls up and down. Out of the box it definitely needs a lot more work than other droid phones. After messing around with it for a few hours its pretty comfortable now. I had to move the apps like vz navigator and vcast to the back, set up the home pages, and change the launcher... but there's a diamond in the rough under the corporate stuff.

Roll a front wheel, dig a rear and all wheel... Dig an auto, roll a stick... Paul, you're doing it wrong.

The majority of the people have choices. Thanks to this thread I went out and picked one up. Going into the menu is annoying as hell with all the extra apps. My solution for this is to properly use the 7 home screens and never need the menu. Google navigation is on there for free, along with every other google app minus the search widget. I was also able to set it up the exact same way as my droid 1 (minus a few 2.2 only apps). I also talked to a lot of people I know that have droids and asked them how often they use the google search widget. 100% of the people said it was the first thing they removed from their home page when they got the phone. Most people wont know the difference, and if you do you can probably root a phone. Overall I say its lighter than an x, great display, bigger than an incredible, and is very responsive. For those that think the x is too big the fascinate weighs less and fits better in the hand. If I had a choice I would probably still get an x, but with the fascinate being buy one get one free I would get it in a heart beat if I had 2 lines ready to upgrade. Call me crazy, but I like it more than the incredible. The clutter in the menu doesnt annoy me enough not to get it. The bigger screen, way it feels in the hand, and quality makes it a nice phone in my eyes. All I need is my handcent, astro, google navigation, papi games, weather channel, and facebook (keep in mind Im coming from a droid 1 so all of these phone seem that much better to me lol). I snatched one from one of the techs so I could play with it all night Again, not a droid x, but a very well put together phone. If Verizon didnt put their stamp on it and gay it up then it could be considered the best phone out.

Wrong! Its a guy with 4 phones and a miata who does the national speed tests! Sprint is doing drastic things to make their prices lower. T-mobile wont do that so you will see a slight incline over the next 2 years. At the same time verizon and att going will go down and everyone will be around the $75 mark for unlimited everything. I'm just guessing, but thats what I forecast happening since the cellular market is so saturated.

Since when is a guy holding up two phones and looking at data speeds constitute a national speed trial T-Mobile is taking huge steps but they are still a second rate company which puts them in the same class as Sprint. When your network is small and you use other networks to provide service you dont have to pay as much to maintain your own. That makes it almost too easy to charge less. With T-mobile growing the way they are your cost savings wont last a lot longer. T-Mobiles HSPA+ in places like New York City and other major cities is whats taking them above even ATT in some areas... So yes they are faster in some areas.. but they lost the speed test I did in Dublin with a Nexus and my droid 1.. but then again I was standing next to a verizon tower... Edit: Those of you that believe the article should google the info to find the truth.. just make sure you dont try to do it from the fascinate

Att is still faster. Sprint is faster in .001% of the us. I messed with the phone again today and its was still an android. Having bing didnt magically make it a blackberry like some of you seem to think Not sure why people expect the phones to not be changed by the provider.. it is a business. That same shit you complain about is sponsorship money that goes to making your plans and phones less. If you would rather pay the difference just to not have 3 apps on your phone (that you can close if you know how to use the phone) then so be it.

Chris, I expect more from you. Thats like reading a tabloid and really thinking a blue martian had sex with Justin Timberlake. P.S. the Fascinate is a nice phone (not a "droid" but its ok)... When I had it I set google in my favorites then set it up so that I could get there with one touch (fuck Bing!). I also had free navigation on it. The writer sounds like someone that was fired from Verizon and is holding a grudge. He has a verizon informant that said all future android phones would be bing only.

If your parents paid for your car do to work you have done its the same as working for it. An example would be an exhaust system for a 3.5 or higher gps...
