  1. One of these meets I'm going to bring ice cubes and blind folds and let people know how it feels
  2. LMFAO! Thats explains exactly how it feels, but with more spinning. There is also no chance of throwing up to make you feel better because your stomach is empty.
  3. First thing I thought about when I read the responses above BTW... http://cache.gizmodo.com/assets/resources/2006/12/missinglink.jpg I came
  4. LOL! You turned a meet and greet into a sexual predator convention . Only Anthony and I are allowed to touch new members in ways that make them feel uncomfortable.
  5. I seriously think you missed the point of this thread. Everyone will be talking to everyone. You dont have to tell everyone that you will talk to them, comfort them, etc. Everyone will be talking, thats why its a meet where we meet new people.

    Tonight 6/5/09

I could have a spot is 23 seconds but it would be out west and I'm tired of people bitching about west side meets.
  7. Not yet, just keep your calender clear and hope is doesnt rain. Oh, and clean your car just in case photo ops happen. About a week from the date I'll get a list of who is helping out. If its easier for some I'll just do a quick paypal collection and have my wife do all the shopping. I'll let everyone know closer to the date.
  8. With all due respect... No and no. If we get 1 new face out and have fun it will be worth while. Theres a thread here with over a month for people to pencil it in. If people post and say they cant make it that day then it may change, but thats about it. Just out of curiosity how would you go about actively trying to get them to come out?

    Why does that sound familliar
  10. We have decided to post-pone meet the newbs until August. A new thread with dates and a list of items needed will be posted soon. So we are looking for a new way to introduce the new people into our real world meets. Brandon came up with a great idea so I thought I would put it into play. What better way to get to know the new people than by having another cookout (this will be cookout number 55 of the year by that point) Where: Sharon Woods When: August Time: To be announced To make this work we will need people to volunteer to provide the food/drinks and I'll make sure the grilling is taken care of. As long as the weather cooperates I hope to see a lot of new faces along with the old.
  11. "The purpose of the ENG is to determine whether or not dizziness may be due to inner ear disease. There are four main parts to the ENG. The calibration test evaluates rapid eye movements. The tracking test evaluates movement of the eyes as they follow a visual target. The positional test measures dizziness associated with positions of the head. The caloric test measures responses to warm and cold water circulated through a small, soft tube in the ear canal. The ENG test is the gold-standard for diagnosis of ear disorders affecting one ear at a time. For example, the ENG is excellent for diagnosis of vestibular neuritis. The ENG is also useful in diagnosis of BPPV and bilateral vestibular loss, although the rotatory chair test is better at the diagnosis of bilateral vestibular disorders than is the ENG. The calibration and tracking tests are intended to diagnose central nervous system disorders, such as cerebellar degenerations. These tests are generally insensitive compared to an examination by a neurologist or an MRI scan. ENG, however, is much less expensive than an MRI in most institutions. When dizziness or vertigo occurs, the first thing many sufferers do is report it to their physician. He or she will usually obtain detailed information about the dizziness, including when it began, what seems to bring it on (or make it worse or better), exactly what sensations are experienced and specific medical information. Since the balance organs are located in the inner ear, a hearing evaluation is recommended, typically followed by an electronystagmography test, or ENG. Although the balance organs are located in the inner ear, the entire balance system includes the brain, brainstem, eyes and sensory nerves throughout the body. When a person becomes dizzy, an involuntary eye movement occurs. This eye movement is called "nystagmus". By stimulating the entire balance system and carefully measuring this nystagmus, your audiologist can help your physician to determine what is, or is not, causing your dizziness. ENG is the recording and measurement of eye movements."
  12. Not knowing what to expect I went in to have the tests done. Next thing I know I have a tube putting cold air into my ear and I'm in the middle of the most violent dizzy spell of my life. I'll be honest, I freaked the f#@* out! She assumed I was told what would happen and apologized. She did it with cold air then warm for 45 seconds a piece in both ears. Each time I became more and more sick to my stomach. By the end if I would have had anything to eat or drink it would have been all over her. For anyone that has to do this in the future be sure to follow directions and do not eat!!!! Well, I guess if you like the gravitron you'll enjoy it
  13. If that were me I would get expelled... I would turn in a hot girl doing 3 different sexual acts to her own image while she stood behind herself playing with her own boobs
  14. The dam was leaking so I put my finger in the dyke
  15. So what you are saying is the new guy is threatening violence with fire arms and is racist
  16. Ive driven by at least 300 police officers with my cutouts open. I've been pulled over 3 times (all in Dublin) and they all do the same thing. They tell me my car looks/sounds great, and ask what i have done to it. One officer asked to race me down Bethel from a light.. I declined  When I do finally get my first ticket I bet money it will be in the envoy and not the TA.
  17. Glad to hear you are ok new guy. I found out what f-body means... Nope, dont have a clue
  18. But at the same time the police officers allow them to be driven on the road without any issues. Heres what I'm getting at.. Our opinions mean nothing in the real world. Its the people that pull you over and give you citations that determine what is and is not a street car. We can argue points all day long but if I can take my car and drive by 300 cops without being warned or given a single ticket then I have a street car.
  19. Its streetable but its not a street car. I would fail an emissions test in a heart beat
