Thanks i will definitley do that. do you know if there is any aftermarket performance replacments for the optispark dist.? also, i opted to not go with the painless wiring altho it would be easier to hook up the motor, im also putting 4th gen dash, console and seats in. everything in dash should be plug in with the lt1 harness... so ive heard.

not sure but i dont think ls1 heads fit lt1. thanks tho

looking for stock heads from 96-97 lt1 fbody, 98-02 camaro ss wheels, interior parts 93-02 camaro, 93-97 6 spd fbody trans

kinda sounds like youve done this before.

the motor, wiring and computer is out of a 96 impala ss. its the 260hp with iron heads but id like to find some camaro or vette aluminum heads to put on it b4 the swap. I think im gonna go more towards street/strip and i definitley want to keep a manual tranny setup. i did look at some stuff at thirdgen.org and it was very helpful but i couldnt find any c100 or c207 diagrams that you said. thank you for the advice.

what about a 4th gen 6speed to go behind it?

putting an LT1 in my 92 camaro, have all the wiring harness and the computer. It is a 5 speed car. any help and or advice would be greatly appreciated. thanks

66 buick skylark gs. 350 chevy/350 auto. body and paint need some attention but it runs and drives. 4:56 12 bolt posi rear. just ordered everything for the interior brand new and it all goes with the car. put floor pans in it about 6 months ago and i also bought trunk floors but they need put in $1000 takes it. gimme a call at 452-0547 or drop me an email. Hey im new, i got a 92 camaro rs 5.0, working on dropping an lt1 in it to replace the 170hp pos 305. i go to marion just about every friday night and run. best time is 15.73 but the car is completely stock for now.
