I honestly think that if most places allowed you to conceal on the premises it would cut down on violence. If everyone including criminals knew that it is possible everyone had a gun I bet they wouldn't pull theirs out while in the building. Now the parking lot or walking down the street would be different but you can't do much about that. Open carry would even be better of an option.

I just want everyone to know the OP has nothing to do with bars and/or places that serve alcohol minus grocery stores. I would never carry a gun (even if legal) if I was going to enjoy alcohol because of my own person reasons. I completely understand no carry at airport, post office, court house etc. I wanted to discuss everywhere else. If I feel like going out saturday and spend my pay check at the mall where would I go? Maybe I want to visit 6 different stores. Maybe afterwards I go downtown and want to enjoy some tasty Thai food then a movie at Lennox. And maybe at night I want to play some disc golf at Griggs. How does your normal weekend running around affect if you keep your firearm in the car? It seems so far that most of you would carry regardless. Isn't it a felony if you are caught carrying and you are aware of signs that you are not allowed to carry?

With the exception of a few places I don't know if I want to give my business to places that won't let me have a concealed firearm. Does anyone else feel tempted to not walk into buildings or stores with a sign that forbids carrying? If you do how does this change your daily life? Is there other places you might go for shopping for groceries, going to movies, eating a nice dinner instead of more popular locations? This list is not complete feel free to add any other places you can think of.

If it isn't four on the floor it is bad electronic music. I love house and electronic music but I can not get into dubstep. I tried and it just fails hardcore. I guess if I was on mushrooms and weed at the same time I could tolerate it.

IBM Thinkpads are sturdy and nice but kind of slow. I have one as my work laptop. It gets beat up in my bag and still works. Alienware laptops are really nice and fast but they are very expensive. You get what you pay for with computers.

It is probably hardware failure. Those laptops are not good quality. I have an HP pavillion 6000 series that someone gave me. On a fresh install of anything (winxp, vista, linux, ubuntu) the CPU runs at 100% when nothing is open. It is also super hot all the time. In winxp it would give me BSOD often. In unix it just crashed with long pages of errors. Get a new laptop from microcenter. They have some nice ones for $200 if all you want to do is browse the internet.
