Borrow a friend's video card and just install that one. If it works then you fucked up your first card. If not something else is wrong. Try to reseat plug, unplug EVERYTHING in your box. You could have bumped or nudged something out of place when you first took out your video card.

FYI salvia is now illegal in ohio. The bill passed either December or January I can't remember. Don't worry you are not missing much. You will either have no effect at all smoking it, or it will be an intense 3 minute LSD trip. If you happen to be tripping you will know it is a day dream but you won't be able to stop it until it wears off. SO you will have a bad or good trip. Just make sure you have someone sober babysit you if you smoke it. Some people won't be able to control their actions while tripping. I am dead serious this is from a first hand account babysitting someone.
