might of got p heads and a wierd set of headers normal gt40 heads are no differnt as far as spark plug set up that stockers

1996 hyundai accent gt 1.5 dohc has been making a ticking sound, well the girlfriend calls me and says it died while driving it. took the top timing cover off because everything else looked okay and the belt was missing about 3/4 of the teeth i could see about 30k miles ago i had done a timing belt water pump and the components. questions. Is this and interference engine? If yes is it as good as junk? Also what can cause this? any help appriciated its her only car thanks

I found a used 302 that supposedly is a 306 with an aftermarket cam and a good set of afr 185 heads on it what are some things i should be weary of and make sure to double check? Obviously I can see that the heads are alumininum and will say afr with part numbers, what should the bore measure on a true 306? anyhting else?

99 c5 new water pump fresh coolant flush new stock thermostat coolant is full car has 100k on the clock car runs at 198-204 all day long sit in trafffic temp starts to climb i let it idle on the street after dinner while moving the 73 for a few , got in temp said 228 kinda high for my likings any way to make sure the fans are working? the temp drops pretty well when i turn the heat on but thats works in everything.... just wondering if im missing something
