If anybody wants to meet before then let me know. I want to get out there and get some more practice so I can get a better feeling of how you run your routes. It is a timing thing. I want to run some as well. If you need my number shot me a holler.

Everybody who is playing please make sure to read the rules! 3 rules we need to remember: 1. Interception returns allowed in all leagues 2. Blocking is allowed only on the line of scrimmage I want some pancakes 3. The offensive screen block shall take place without contact. The screen blocker shall have his/her hands and arms at his/her side or behind his/her back. Cleat less shoes are required at all times. Cross-training shoes or indoor turf shoes are acceptable.

You wanna get our point across first series let me crack somebody coming across the middle Only thing is he might miss the rest of the game! I was having flash backs last week while we were playing. On the signals, we would keep them basic. Like pat your head for a go route, hit your chest for a slant. Yell bo for a dig and pat your thigh for a post. Defense however you would need it on paper to change and slide what we need!

We need on the fly gestures to change a route if you see something on the D. I would go with 2 primary routes to have a clue of what to do if we need to audible on the fly! Just like Me, Moss and Smith did on sunday and look we scored at will! "Randy Moss" n "Steve Smith"

Once I can put alot of pressure on my leg It will be a Mike Vick show! Cannot get alot of good throws without stepping into it and following through! They have been all arm so far. I am interested in seeing this "D" so I can chew it up!!

I will remember my cleats this time. I could have had a few INT's if I was not slipping and sliding. Leg is not as bad as it was last week. Slowly feeling better and I will be able to run hopefully. No more half speed!!
