Just bought my son a 01 gt , auto . Wife tried to get him to get a 6cyl and I tried to get him to get a 5 spd . He found one he liked , and cheaper than we budgeted. Keep looking , they are out there. We had to go to the toledo area to find it.

Corvette club and scca checked the rating. Some other clubs did not check. I am not sure about nelson ledges or others that have open track days

to the guys that posted pics of their helmets , do they have a current rating ? The helmet is for my son . I told him if he bought this car he needs to learn how it handles and drives at it's limits.

I have built a few cars from the ground up. I have found for the most part that it is far cheaper to buy a car already done or close to it than to build one. With that said .I prefer to build a car myself , I enjoy the build .

Don't know much about tuners and I did read the write up and I still have some questions Can I put a tune from this into my 02 gt and also put one on my kids 01 gt ? As far as reading codes and clearing them ire there a certain number of codes can be cleared or is it unlimited
