I have a Nordic trac Solaris treadmill for sale. It has a cable ready screen , fans, cup holders , it can go to 12% incline and also go up to 12 mph . This was around $ 2500 new and was not used too often . I have owned it for 3 years and it has been rarely used during that time. It weighs around 400- 500 lbs . I am asking $400. I did not hear this until last week. My accountant told me he had just taken a class or seminar or something and was told this was to take effect this year. So I have not read it like I was told he did. Just read that thread , it still makes no sense that the government wants it on the w-2 . It is a small driveway in Pickerington. 2 car garage and drive , the drive is about 16 feet long and 2 cars wide . It only needs a coat as the house is 3 years old. I am only trying to cover up the stains left over from when I sprayed armor all on the tires . Can anyone on here do this ??

When you file at the end of this year , it will be placed on your tax forms as earned income. Just like you cashed out a 401 k or something similiar . The tax on health benefits is retroactive . I am not sure how it will be for next year. My accountant was explaining all the new taxes for this year and the next few years and it seems like ALOT of things are going to be taxed that was not previously taxed.

That is how I feel. Prison is not supposed to be a nice place to set and watch tv, exercise , quilt ...etc . It is meant as a punishment, but the inmates should be kept as safe as possible .

and from what I understand , health benefits will be taxed as of January 1st 2010 as taxable income !!
