One question may be if that additions ceiling is furred down?... May have to do some creative fitting of a header, depending on how (what i assume are) the rafters are hung on the exg house.

Looks great. Id agree with the wife on the 'custom' Nothing cleaner than, well, a clean stock-ish body. two tone is a neat idea. some silver on the bottom or something would help keep dirt and thrown up stuff masked
