yeah 255s are pretty beast on a pony wheel. Ive seen 275s on them and its a tad rediculous. I had the 225/245 BFG KDWS combo on mine... worked well, especially with the pre '91 fenders... much less room in there

so how fast can one of these little things get up tp anyway? Would be fun to toy around on.

what are you cleaning with it? ive done the vaccum thing many times and also threw some in the oil and tank before but dunno if the latter 2 were noticeable at all.

i'd vote to go take a look in person. just factor the cost to maybe fix the scratches into the 'total' price you wanna put into it. looks beat, but then again, its like any other soccer mom-who's husband bought it for her so its too big-cant park-while chatting on the cell-screaming kids in the back-running into parked cars at Kroger's-SUV...

Get Subsidized if you can... The interest SUCKS....It'll be there but anything helps. I've paid back thousands and i'm not sure i'm through the interest yet EDIT: Yeah mine are all UnSub'd, and well Ill be paying back interest forever... its up over 9K. I made a payment under a week ago, and its already earned $17 in interest that i'll be paying next month....

On mine i unbuttoned it, pulled the elastic tight and doubled it over itself and stapled it...then i tucked the extra back inside where the elastic is... thats the $.02 way

Damn..if you havent already, id call places one at a time... ask about it. Kind of a pain but when I called Progressive they really helped cut it down and pretty much took off a ticket a little early for me. It was suprisingly nice doing business with them...
