  1. Ya, the original was about cold-war fears, this ones about the enviroment. Yippee. Though I'll always like Mr. Reeves, nothing can undo the first Matrix.
  2. Well the important thing is that you are going to get one, and that its yellow, yellower than a 1000 suns. (yes I know the sun is white, fuck you)
  3. Yup the ladies call me T-rex ... cause I like to put my arms up real close to my chest, and screech loundly while I ejaculate. By ladies I of course mean programmed pornbots, and by pornbots I mean my dog and cat.
  4. It goes without saying of course ... thats because *whisper* Cincy is more Kentucky than Ohio.
  5. Buy my EVO so I buy a C6z.
  6. Ewww ... 39 on metacritic.com. Bleh.
  7. Makes perfect sense. You move to cincy ... the next logical step is to join COLUMBUSRACING. Welcome though, and clean ride. Clean ... and yellow, definitely yellow.
  8. ... that name again is Mr. Plow.

  11. If I didn't roll my eyes everytime I saw a personal plate I would kind of like 'EVO DOER'.
  12. Like I saie many, many posts ago, we should have an actual conversation so Im not just an ip address. The whole existential crew. Of course cars being the more important subject.
  13. Nice ninja edit where you took out the part about me being immoral. We can see those ya know, lying isn't very christian, even internet-lying.
  14. LMAO! ... more baseless nonsense, and now you're sinking low enough to attack me on a personal level, because you couldn't provide a sound argument. Immoral ? How could you possibly know ? Whose moral compass are we using ? Christian , muslim, Confusious ?
  15. Was that so hard. Moving onto your disturbing misrepresentation of science, and how we supposedly "know everything". The inverse is true. Religion claims to "know everything", not science. Science simply asks question, and proposes theory, to be tested. If a theory is proven wrong the scientific community moves on collectively, in search of a more fitting answer.
  16. Again, you have provided anecdotal "evidence" to support your baseless claim. We're not arguing the in and outs of hardships, and whether or not faith can alleviate feelings of loss. Again I'll ask you, show me the research (non faithbased) that shows superstitious people lead happier lives than their skeptical counterparts. If all you can provide is anecdotal evidence, and "go ask" whoevers, try again. This is exactly what I've been typing about this whole thread, you want me to believe you, based on nothing.
  17. You're short-changing atheists. I see beauty in the world the same places you do. Family, friends, sentimental places. The way you talk about atheists makes us seem like we're not even human.
  18. You're avoiding the actual answer which is ... "I don't have any proof, I just made that up."
  19. That's not what I was asking about. You made a blanket statement regarding faith being related to lower levels of anxiety. I asked you to back that. You went on a rant about proving, disproving "faith" and evolution, and the big bang. None of which I was asking about. Your other questions, are valid, but many without answer. That's the difference, I don't pretend to know for sure. Through testing, hopefully we can find out one day. Most are probably the basic results of probability. Your planet example specifically, taken within the context of our small solar system, its seems amazing. However taken in the context of milions of stars, it just becomes math, as do most "impossible" things. Its actually an extremely simple idea to follow.
  20. Triple ... and we should have a coffee meet and do this face to face sometime.
  21. You avoided the part where I asked you to show me evidence of your claims. I don't care if you see the morning star in the eyes of every puppy, that's great, just keep it to yourself and everythings dandy. However if you tell me I better respect and appreciate whatever unfounded, nonsense you(not you specifically) can come up with, that's where a line exists. I'm sorry you feel you need to pretend that magic exists in the world for you to be happy, or even unafraid. You feeling that, doesn't mean I feel that, you shouldn't assume all people need "faith" to be happy. Also all faith is pointless in my opinion. Religious, superstition (really the same thing, religion simply being a gathering of), whatever, the good, is outweighed by the bad.
  22. Oh and I do believe in something ... the near mathematical constant of human error. Which is exactly why you need science to play rule-keeper for all of lifes little games. Seriously, what if I walked into your house at 3am, and advised you as you awoke that I was only there to look over your things, and make sure they were safe. Would you believe me ? Of course not, that would be stupid, right ? Why would you trust me ? You sure enough don't know me, but what if someone told you that letting me watch your stuff at night, was the only way to get into the "Club of Big-Titted Blondes", but you could only go after you die, but it would last forever. Still stupid right ? Now take any irrational belief and apply it to many, and you have a religion. Now why would you call the homeless guy on the street screaming wildy, about how 'god speaks' to him, "crazy", yet if a churchload do it, its a belief I should respect unquestionably.
