  1. Large brown sofa in great shape. Just over a year old and was over 700 new with the Scotchgard treatment. We are redecorating and it needs to go. 200. http://i218.photobucket.com/albums/cc154/keit29/IMG_0219_zps40579a52.jpg
  2. After watching a few of these I think it's just too short. They need to go back to roll racing on a airstrip and ditch the speedway.
  3. Less than this guy... More than this guy...
  4. Just store them in the corvette museum and the problem will fix itself. :lolguy:
  5. Check out this rotary/piston hybrid shit. :fuckyeah: http://pixelbark.com/13045/how-the-duke-engines-increases-the-efficiency-of-the-internal-combustion-engine
  6. Sounds like a woman owned and drove it. More so the type that does not care for a car like an enthusiast might. Vanity light out, shopping cart damage (the scuffs?), due for service and a battery. Can you get records of oil changes, maybe from a MB dealer? I bet she paid for it with her student loan money while in Disney.
  7. I do know it idiot. You ALSO have to have space for the said tuber on board the craft. You are not supposed to pull tubes through no wake zones, ect.
  8. The laws may have changed from "back in the day" haha, they also might not actually care or catch you if you are on a large 2 seater but still it is what it is.. Yes a small boat would be much better for a family, and to be honest I think boats are cheaper if you are not after high end performance, when compared to a pair of jetskis.
  9. Sure power comes into play but most ski's large enough to tow also have enough power to handle it at a moderate 30mph or so (being "able" and doing so with comfort are very different). You do need a 3 seater, by law, to tow someone. You need a driver and a lookout (someone sitting backwards watching the person on the tube). Plus, you need room on board for the person in the tube. It's a pain to tube behind a ski, get a boat if that's what you want. Especially with young kids.
  10. Looks like he did a lot of technical network problem solving at OSU. Seems like he wants to be a technical resource to the sales department of an IT company, i.e. technical consultant. They work with a sales team to plan and deliver a technical solution to the customer.
  11. Are the T tops in good shape? How much?
  12. Wow that's cool. When can we come play? Haha
  13. Indoor? How is the track? I just picked up a couple TC4s to play with.
  14. http://i218.photobucket.com/albums/cc154/keit29/IMG_5746_zps043ac75b.jpg http://i218.photobucket.com/albums/cc154/keit29/78585985-fad2-4f46-8b68-3a2cf121d0ff_zps3a4a27f0.jpg http://i218.photobucket.com/albums/cc154/keit29/IMG_0181_zps2a29f8f6.jpg http://i218.photobucket.com/albums/cc154/keit29/IMG_6421_zps9bacf035.jpg http://i218.photobucket.com/albums/cc154/keit29/IMG_0182_zps77831c4a.jpg http://i218.photobucket.com/albums/cc154/keit29/IMG_0185_zps2b617f52.jpg
  15. Looks like its a marine application with a water jacket. Building a water cooled "log" manifold is much easier and cheaper than an equal length water cooled setup.
  16. I also meant fuel cost vs mileage. Not so much price gap up front although it is a factor. Example. 3.80 per gallon at 17mpg = 22 cents a mile 4.20 per gallon at 24 mpg = 18 cents a mile I would think the reason to go for the diesel would be for the extra towing and fuel cost savings. If the fuel savings is not there then the upfront cost is harder to swallow. I also remember a couple years back when 93 pump gas was more than diesel. You will have to do the math. I just wanted to know the numbers the OP was playing with and maybe we could figure out how good of a fuel advantage the diesel would need to win over the gas engine.
  17. Because I dont care to do the research but would like to know. What is the price gap you are seeing between the 2 optioned the same? At what mileage do the 2 break even?
  18. Are those the epa rating or real world numbers? I am willing to bet real world would show at least a 5mpg gain across the board and the diesel will have the torque advantage for towing and such.
  19. Did some digging on this. Sounds like there are pros and cons of normal gas and e85. He would have to do some testing I'm sure. But I guess this guy did it on a standard outboard. Ask your dad if he has any performance parts laying around for my 2.5 200 xri http://www.duckworksmagazine.com/06/columns/rob/maib2.htm
  20. I think there are guys building 3 liters over 400hp. Why doesn't he get one of those and throw money at it?
  21. I would not run e85 in any marine application. Ethanol and humidity don't mix well. His best bet is to stick to pump gas or maybe try VP race gas if he really needs it. Is this for a pleasure boat?
