No, at the time I didn't have a doctor. I'm the kind of guy, well I was the kind of guy that only goes to the doctor when I break an arm, get cut and can see bone, or piss/shit blood... you know, the real problems. I was pretty stubborn to even go to the mini clinic, they recommended a few local doctors and I went to the first one who could get me in that day. They did some tests, blood work, even a cat scan because of the head pains, the pressure was very bad. Maybe 3-4 days later the meds starting dropping my bp and I was down to safe levels in a week or 2. I haven't felt bad since.

Almost a year ago I started taking Lisinopril for hbp. I will relax your blood vessels to make them wider and slow your heart rate. It is a prescription drug, but its pretty cheap at kroger (10 for a 90 day supply). I woke up one day with a horrible headache and couldn't shake it for about 48 hours. It felt like someone was squeezing my head, not like any headache I've ever had before. Went to the mini clinic at kroger and my BP was 180 over 120. I was at stroke like risk with those numbers. Since then I've tried to cut back really salty stuff and drink more water. I had a check up today actually and I'm down to 107 over 68.

I'm in the market for a new wireless router. I recently bought a new house and will now need something to carry a stronger signal further and hopefully increase speed. After some research I want wireless n technology (better than the g router I have) and gigabit ethernet ports , but I don't know if I need 5 ghz. Right now I'm liking the D-link dir-825 and dir-655. Any input? Right now I have 3 wireless laptops, 2 wired desktops, and 2 xboxes that can go either way, prefer wireless if speed is good enough. One of the xboxes is the new slim one and has a built in wireless n card (but limited to 2.4ghz). For the other maybe I can bridge my current router to become an access point, anyone done this? I've been out of the game on wireless for some time, been living in apartments and just hard wired everything.

I knew that didn't seem right. That was with 4500 down. Sorry. With zero down and 0% apr for 72 months (IF you can get the 0%apr stretching out the loan is not so bad). $318 a month. It's a long shot as I don't think they are pushing the deal anymore, but to me if its a new in stock 2010 they may want it off the lot if they can.

Call and see if they can extend(or still have?) the deal on the in stock 2010's. My math puts that altima at about $305 a month at 0% for 60 months. I got my new xterra for the same price in the end as a used 09 would cost me once I paid it off with a 4% interest rate...
