Hey man! What kind of jeep did you get? It was time for me to get a truck... I guess they could, I will look around. Haven't really found any for the new xterras yet anyway, I want to keep the sides from getting covered in shit in the winter. Anyone heard of Valuguard paint protection? Is it worth the $280 to help the paint last?

The fender flares are at the bottom of the list. After some quick searching I haven't found any I like on the xterras. I want to know the what best thing to coat the inside of the wells and bottom is.

I just picked up a new xterra and want to get some things done to it that will help it last. I was thinking of getting the bottom and wheel wells sprayed to keep from surface rust and salt decay. What is the best product for this and where can I go to have it done? Also, I'd like some minor upgrades like wheel flares and maybe a brush guard, any recommendations?

The cat back is custom bent 2.5" pipe with a Magnaflow resonator PN 12646, two Magnaflow mufflers PN 14316 and GM SPO tips. -DHP 1.0 -front and rear Strut Tower Braces installed -GMPP tubular trailing arms -35% tint -GP Hawk HPS pads and power slot rotors Misc -New plugs, fuel filter, and rad flush in the spring -amsoil trans fluid/filter changed at 75k -supercharger oil changed at 40k I think I'd like to get 8k out of it.

Still looking? I think I'm going to sell my car, 04 gtp competition group. Not sure if you'd want another grand prix though...

IIRC washer fluid is mostly methanol already isn't it? Use it for both!

You could pull the lower intake manifold off and see if you lost any of the screws that hold the butterfly valves on for the secondaries. There are 2 small screws for each of the 4 butterfly valves and they where known for backing out, even come out all the way at times and go int the engine. Nissan did not put loc-tite on them from the factory until about 04-05. Pull each spark plug and look for damage, aslo look in the cylinder for any damage. These engines also had problems with pre-cat failure. Is any noise coming from the exaust manifold maybe?

+1 I researched for months on the best trans/ gear fluid for my spec-v and this stuff was the best "feeling" oil I found.
