  1. Poison Ivy is tough to kill. You can spray it with round up and kill everything around that area but it might take a few sprays. The vines growing up trees can be cut down at the ground and wait till it dies enough to pull it off. No easy way to get rid of it.
  2. Scott's Garden Center in Powel. I have been buying all my materials from scott for many years. Mulch is much nicer quality over Ohio Mulch. He usually has 2-3 types of hardwood to choose from including pine bark/nuggets and cypress all bark .
  3. Im guessing here but i would assume he has a grounds keeper that does everything on the property. (Handyman, landscaper, pool man, ect)

Friend of mine took care of the grounds . I think he mowed 5-10 acres of grass once a week.

  4. 2003 Express Cargo Van. 5.3 V8,Auto,1/2 ton,132,000 miles,New Tires,New Battery. Has a Reese style hitch set up. Has a few dents/dings,etc. Runs good. It does need a heater control switch in the dash replaced. No heavy rust, that is a scrape/dent on the bottom of the double side doors. It was used to haul a commercial 48" mower . 5. I've got a Shark Navigator...at first I got it as a "secondary" vacuum as it had hose attachments and my Oreck XL didn't. After the fire, I just pocketed the insurance payment for a new Oreck. The Navigator has actually been very good...if anything I find vacuuming a 2000sqft house makes me have to dump the bin a couple of times...

What are people's thoughts on a refurbished vacuum? $500 Dyson for $279 kinda deal...

If its factory reconditioned ,then yes. Refurbished , sure as long as you can return it.

  6. I put my Grandparents home in Dublin on the market Feb 1st and had an offer that same day. I removed a lot of wallpaper and repainted. Had probably 10 showings lined up the first day and the second day. They made an offer, I came back with a counter offer and they accepted. We close the 20th. Talk about a quick sell. Now I am just dealing with the home inspection to finalize the contract. You will usually get a lot of action the first few weeks after the listing shows up on radar.
