    I had mine done over a year ago. Best decision I have ever made. Surgery was quick and easy, totally painless. 24 hours after surgery I was 20/15 and that was coming from 20/400. I had mine done at Revision buy Dr. Schumer. They have an office in Polaris. Mine was right around $4k.

    Shimano doesn't use bearings so your fine.

    I use dawn dish soap. I have put derailleurs and carbon cranks in them with no problem. If your derailleur pulleys have bearings in them I would not put those in there.

    We use one at the shop and it rules for cleaning parts!

    I did it last year on a bike with gears in 7 1/2 hours. The course has roughly 8,000 ft of climbing.

    We have 4-5" already up here. It is supposed to snow harder later as well. I wouldn't be surprised with 12" in the morning.

    I will have to disagree, my brothers Cummins with a stack was horrible to ride in and was not nearly as bad even with a side exit exhaust.
