Just thought of 1 last resort thing before tearing the head off...have you checked the water pump? I had one go out and you couldn't tell it was bad since it was hidden behind the plastic timing belt covers

The radiator will put extra fluid in the overflow when its warm, it then draws vacuum to bring that coolant back into the system when needed. The radiator shouldn't be full to the top of the cap, notice the hose that runs from the radiator to the overflow. That is as full as the radiator should be, anything more then that and its just gonna go to the overflow tank. You shouldn't have to be topping it off daily, chances are theres a pin hole leak in one of the hoses, most likely one of the thousand that run to the intake manifold haha.

Atleast on a sohc its easy to retorque the headstuds. On the B series you gotta remove your damn cams just to retorque studs. If you had a cracked head/block I would think you'd notice coolant loss. Does the car have an overflow tank? Just another variable that sometimes leads to overheating issues

I used an ebay radiator on a turbo b20 and didn't have any issues. I have a C&R in my car right now which is like 4-5 times the price of a ebay one and I don't see any difference to be honest, only reason I have the C&R is because I got it cheap.

Bad tune could cause over heating issues, too much taken off the head could throw the timing off and cause overheating. Like Scott said single core radiator could also be the issue (ebay $40 dollar radiators work just fine) Overheating issues suck ass since there is usually about 10 things that could be the issue lol.

Yeah its a great thing for historical purposes, but it wont solve a damn thing. In fact I would venture to guess its just going to piss the next in line psycho terroist off even more. I have friends/family that are and have served over seas during this whole ordeal so I am happy for them and other troops who have risked their lives. Im curious as to if you always snap pictures of your reciepts, I just found that to be a little odd. Cody idk where you learned that "common sense" but having a mom who was a waitress for 15 years, that is not common place my man. I had a waitress at a local chinese buffet wait at our table and demand a tip once. I just walked away and paid at the front counter and told them the situation, they appologized and gave us gift certificates for the next time we came in there. I never saw that waitress again

The Lions have had the best draft so far in my opinion. Titus Young will be the 3rd WR and is a good special team player. As a Boise fan (they are my 2nd fav team) I am glad he went so early and to a team that has a lot of up and coming talent...can't believe I just said that about the Detroit Lions lol.
