yes, that will work just fine. rock salt is horrible for concrete as you found out. However magnesium chloride will work fine for concrete and pavers. Works fast too. We use this on a wide variety of clients properties commercial and residental. It will work fine on your conrete as well.

why not just throw magnesium chloride down if it is concrete or pavers and rock salt if it is asphalt? then you dont have to worry about being anal

I am looking for someone who can do all of the above. Framing in and installing a french door, do the drywall to finish it off. Adding a few knee walls and possibly someone who can do tile. I am very picky about how work turns out. Everything needs to be straight and level. I cant have Wavy drywall. If you think that this is you let me know. Im going to actually need a written quote. Ive tried a couple different places to buy some LVL but they dont seem to have the size i am looking for. I need two 2 x 10 or 2 x 12 pieces. Roughly 65" long. It will be used as a header for some door framing. Someone move this to parking lot for me. thanks

something tells me this is a lower appraisel. Just because Carmax needs to make money on the car. Kind of like a pawn shop. They arent in it to keep it for themselves, but to sell to someone else. A Private Appraiser would be what he is looking for.

How about a trip wire set up with a blank shotgun shell, they sell for pretty cheap and work well.

No the other house we looked at was. But it went for 156. this is a crossman community. which beazer took over in 2002.

Thanks guys for all the info. We did look at one right across the street that was move in ready and didnt need anything except two toliets, they were missing. That house went for 156000. It was less house but it was Diyanni built as well. So i know i can do a lot of framing and drywall myself, we are only cutting out one wall for a french door and another wall for another access way into the kitchen. Then adding a breakfast eatting area in the kitchen. Then some knee walls in the dinning room. All in all it shouldnt be bad at all. Just need all the appliances and washer and dryer.

Awesome. Do you know anyone who does framing drywall and electrical? I could do it but i also want it up to code as well.

im hoping the same. But every things looked alright from what i could tell. I couldnt see any water damage anywhere. just nasty carpets and bad drywall.
