  1. Why so they can work under the camo of night where no one can see them? Hell I would take my time, rather than a smash and grab
  2. actuallllly, sheriff auctions are really a great way to get a good deal if you can sneak a peak into the house before it sells. The house i lost sold for 93,000 that the bank bought. they did nothing to the house and sold it for 120,000. The house originally sold for 230,000. Im pretty sure that is a good deal. Maybe a house down in Columbus would be a shitty investment, but MI houses and other houses with transferable warranties i cant see anything bad about that. Maybe mold, or other things but like i said sneak inside first.

wait dover you bought a car you dont know anything about?? what what?
  4. okay think of it this way since it is hard for you to understand. Josh bought a house, he couldnt keep it so it went into foreclosure. The house went to the sheriff auction. Doug goes to the auction to buy this house, since he knew he could get a good deal on this foreclosed house. Doug buys the house. He now goes and resells the property. Just a straight sale.
  5. they had to wait for it to go on sale duh
  6. you can borrow mine. its in alexandria
  7. prob to copy it so they can steal it later??
  8. no one cares, but say it again
  9. ohhhh we can be neighbors! haha it is off of taylor glenn. MARCO?
  10. actually when i was in an accident and the other guys insurance company told me that all i needed to do was go to the rental place and it would be taken care of. I was 19 at the time. I did not occur and charges. The only thing that charged was 25 bucks for one day as a deposit incase something happened. I couldnt get the insurance however since i was underage, so i just used my personal insurance.
  11. Dont worry im looking at a house 3 doors down now. And it is even bigger, so who knows. It is off of Taylor road.
  12. prob not its cpd. they probably broke in and did all this shit.
  13. bank owned and foreclosure are not the same thing. As LJ said a 2nd bank bought the house at an auction. How is this hard to understand?
  14. Ya i would say if you had full coverage your insurance agent could get something going for you, then bill it out to nationwide. Next time you call nationwide tell them you are not getting off of the phone until this is settled right now and you can have a car to go to work, and the car is at the body shop of your choice getting fixed.
  15. This was not a foreclosure sale. It was a sale by the bank. Not the bank that foreclosed on the people already. Events - model home is bought by investor - investor cant keep paying for house - house goes into foreclosure - House is bought at sheriff auction by a bank - Bank puts house up for sale.
  16. The bank who owns the house. they rejected the offer.
  17. fuck them take the other 14k and take our bid.
  18. I said our offer was cash. Not a loan. the other people had a loan. it was a foreclosure that went to auction and bought by another bank for almost 1/3 of the price it was bought for originally. The listing was still active and our Realtor said no bids had been put in yet.
  19. So at the begining of december or so me and the girlfriend put a bid in on a house in patalaska. We put a cash bid in and somehow we got denied the next day. The House was still active and we were told they accepted another offer. The house was only on the market for 2 or 3 days before it sold. Jump forward to now. I go to look up the house a couple times on the auditor site yet it wasnt updated. Today i look it up and see that it sold for not only lower than our cash offer but 9 grand lower than their asking price. Yet we bid 5k over the asking price. Not to mention the other party had a loan and was not offering cash. How did this happen.
  20. he also said it was getting fuel. why dont you check the injectors to see if they click when power is put to them?
