    Now i could be wrong but usually when something is dismissed it means not plea bargains were used to get it. He receieved 0 points has 0 fines and will get his 200 bucks back from bail. There is no amended charge at all to plea to.

    CASE FINISHED meaning no plea bargain Im pretty sure it means it was thrown out. They more than likely did not have enough evidence to get him with anything. Linn can speak for himself

    That is fucked up! Just because you may not like someone doesnt mean you should snitch them out. As much as i hate some people i wouldnt want them to go to jail for something. If you werent there than shut your mouth. If you were there than worry about yourself. You got yourself into this mess.

    Not to be an ass but there would have to be more evidence than hearsay. i could say you tried to kill me. there would have to be more evidence than that.

    Back up their story perhaps? Maybe to just show that they were obeying the law and this is their back up. Or........... They are trying to make a deal. I highly doubt that this would count for anything since it is one persons statement and could be considered hearsay. I might be wrong though.

    i highly doubt they will show all their evidence at once. Only what they have to for the moment. Even if you put in for a discovery they can take their time getting it to you. Dont expect all of this to be dropped tomorrow. I think this is going to be a nice lengthy court process.
