I had one of these TV's for a couple months before i traded it for a car,so if you have any other odd problems PM me i know a lot about this particular model.

There is no "gun" on her TV its a 46" 3LCD there is no auto calibration she can do on the set and there is nothing any of us can do for her. You need to call in to your SP provider and get a tech out to look at your television

When i used to work retail people would get pissed when i asked to see ID,So to alot of kids ringing you up its not worth the hassle
