  1. Yeah I'm pretty sure that is something that Grashel built. Jim Grashel works at jegs ( I forget which one right off hand) but you might stop in and he might be able to tell you where its at nowadays.
  2. Rotella has extremely low amounts of zinc compared to regular conventional it is no longer "safe" or recommended for flat tappet cams. Brad Penn, Joe gibbs, or lubriplate GPO is what I would recommend. Lubriplate has the highest zinc content out of all three and is what I would run personally.
  3. Yes, absolutely remove the inner spring! You need to run the proper spring also so that you dont wipe the cam.
  4. Mine is quite a few years old at this point (bought in 2001 as a previous years model) I spent $230 or something like that.
  5. Trek or Specialized is what I would chose. They make what they call cyclocross bikes that are a mix of the two and can be had with upright handle bars. What I did was take my Trek 820 and put "road" style tires on it when I did plenty of on the road riding.
  6. I see plenty of A/N fittings available for brake lines so I dont see why they wouldnt be, as to which I would go with, if the stock honda is 45 I would go with that, if you want to run A/N though you can buy 45 to 37 adapters
  7. You're kidding right? Please explain how I've double flared thousands of stainless lines and they didnt crack. :gtfo:
  8. All we did was double flares on brake lines regardless of size/angle, and all had double flares had to be within that 10/1000s of what they deemed a perfect flare.
  9. I would 45 with double flares. Another thing people often dont think about is the diameter of the flare either, when I worked at The Right Stuff Detailing we had sizes and had to be within plus or minus 10/1000s of that size or it failed QC.
  10. Gary Fisher is now owned by Trek, so I'm going to guess that'll they'll be very similar bikes. Cant go wrong with either one though. Also check out Seven, very very nice bikes, little spendy but if you wait to buy last years models you can get very very good deals on them.
  11. If your the Matt I'm thinking of. This is your car. http://a4.sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-ash2/62052_1208767665843_1428240199_30824804_5795267_n.jpg Welcome to CR.
  12. Welcome! I love me some split bumper camaro!
  13. 580hp in a car that weighs 1800lbs, I love it!
  14. Josh does all the sub-stage work, if you want/need marine highs/mids or headunits hit up as I deal some marine audio.
  15. I have a 700R4/4L60 core. It's an 86 700r4 though, needs rebuilt.
