    Here is a box that Josh built for me. Had amazing sound quality and got very loud for being 8s (145db). Dyno Brian now has this box so it'll be interesting to see what he does with it.

    Actually caps respond faster than batts do, and in a properly put together system you'll have a nice big cap along with batts.

    I'll have a 1/2in TBI spacer for sale here in the next couple months. A 1/2in throttle body spacer seems do to a good bit for the TBI motors.

    Are there tabs on the hub on the vehicle? If so, just grind the tabs off. We have the same problem when putting on other wheels on the b-series pickups.

    This is true. But you need a bigger cam to bleed to off some compression to run 11:1. And as the OP mentioned he doesnt want to run alot of duration. But I'll wait on cam specs to give my final opinion.

    without going with crazy overlap, I'd say 10.5:1 is the max I would run.

    Is it due to wheels not fitting correctly on the hub? Because the centerbore on the originals is smaller?
