I have a set of Lakewood 4 degree shims, they are older. But basically these shame shims new at jegs are $45. I'm asking $15

 

Also have some rancho lift blocks. built in pinion shims. IIRC they measure 3" tall on one side and 3.5" on the other. $10

but seriously, i run 15% on my doors, and on the extended cab and rear i run 5% and i've never really had any issues, other than backing out in super low light areas.
