Evidently it doesn't allow some secured websites but I haven't found any yet. I'm running the free version right now. If everything looks good I'll probably buy the full version. And for sites such as forums it's plenty quick since they don't require much bandwidth to load.

Check out easytether. It allows you to tether a computer to the internet without the fees. I'm running my laptop on it right now testing it out. Pulled 1.85 down but and .85 up. It's not very strong in my house though.

I'm thinkin clogged cat. also check the vacuum/boost lines for any cracks or breaks. Seen that throw some weird codes and give weird symptoms.
