Thanks for the info guys. Child credit is still the same as last year however the major difference I saw is childcare. I guess that may be playing into it more so.

So previous years my wife and I as well as my parents have used a tax accountant to file our returns do to the ease and multiple deductions via tools for work, child care and such. Doing my wife's and myself's taxes this year via TurboTax. So far I'm seeing a lot more in terms of return than previous years. Income has been similar with the exception of my wife and myself only having one w2 each. I'm doing everything by the books and following instructions to a T with complete honesty. What I'm wondering is how accurate TurboTax is and will I have to worry about getting audited if our return is way different than precocious years. So far I'm looking at about 2.5 times my previous years returns.

Work carry and daily carry 2 different CRKT knives. My Work Carry is the M16 01ks Spear point. https://www.crkt.com/collection/m-16/m16-01ks-spear-point-black-stainless-steel-handle.html Daily carry is the CRKT Hootenanny. https://www.crkt.com/hootenanny.html Both are great knives however the M16 is a much better work blade. It'll take a beating and not skip a beat. The Hootenanny is much sharper and holds an edge but the blade is way to thin to use for work. I broke the previous tip cutting into some plastic and angled it too much. The M16 is a thicker blade and meant to daily use. Like stated it's all about how you use it and present when carrying.

Looking pretty good for Penn State

Had to turn it off. Fuck it! Maybe next year. Hopefully Barrett either gets his shit together as well as half the offensive line

No only because of the drive and it was a lease. The scuffs were small enough we wouldn't get nailed on it. As far as the bumper popping out I was finally able to bend one of the locking tabs up enough to hold it.

They've lost all business from my family. Wife's car got rearended, light damage but creased the bumper. They replaced it and the assembly underneath. Bumper didn't fit flush at all, kept popping out on the driver side, paint had scuffs in it when we picked it up and on the way home she noticed Arby's wrappers jammed in the cupholder. Bastards took it to lunch.

Yeah it's a monster. Luckily I work on larger trucks and suvs daily so I'm used to them.

Yeah I got lucky. It was garage kept. Most of the Yukons/Suburbans I was seeing under 5k were either 200k+ or rusted out with heavily worn interiors. Did find a couple denali's that were around 5k with 220k however the AWD system made me a little nervous at that mileage.

Anything else I was seeing in the price range 4wd was beat to hell. Plus I couldn't pass this one up with how clean and well maintained it was. However it hasn't skipped a beat even with the ice we had a couple weeks ago. Still use a lot more caution with it in ice and snow but can't complain so far

Don't know how many of you remember my "Looking for a Vehicl"e thread I posted a few months ago but I found me a winner. 2002 Yukon Xl SLT fully loaded 2wd. 181k and from a single owner. Picked it up for $2800 off Craigslist. Previous owner took awesome care of it. Has 2 manageable rust spots I plan on taking care of with tax return. Only issues with it are intake gaskets (which I have) inner tie rod (already replaced and aligned), small tailshaft seal leak, and water pump seeping. Put around 600 miles on it so far and yet to skip a beat. Plans for it are mild drop maybe 2/3 or 3/4 inches some decent GM 18's or 20's and long tubes and tune. Just enough to wake it up a little but not kill gas even more. http://i268.photobucket.com/albums/jj32/Formula98/My%20Cars/20161201_151514_zpsvvcr83oh.jpg

Use to do alignments for Jan. Really cool guy. Always had some interesting stuff that was either his or good friends of his. He seems to have a liking for the older Shelby cars. He had/has a red CSX that he was always messing with he brought in all the time. Surprised the hell out of me the first time I drove it. He took immaculate care of his cars

Yeah I need to wire mine in. Just picked up the van 3 weeks ago so hadn't gotten around to it yet. This gives me more incentives

Yeah she has a dash cam but it's forward facing and I believe it was unplugged and probably had a dead battery (from a long trip and phone charger needed

Yeah they're fine paramedics checked her out and gave her some info and warning signs to watch for. Baby has been really active tonight . Not sure how but our 2002 Odyssey didn't suffer even a scratch and she said he hit her at around 20mph. She was at at dead stop when he hit her. My guess is the guy was drunk or high on something.

So kelly, who is 6 months pregnant calls me on her way home from work crying and trying not to freak out. Some ass hole on old 315 north side of Mt. Aire rear ended her after previously trying to cut up and in front of her at the merge but getting stuck. After hitting her and her pulling over serves into the southbound lane around other vehicles and then rear ends a 2nd vehicle. He then takes off again, hit's a 3rd vehicle about 1/2 mile up the road. Proceeds to run again and then destroys the truck about 5 miles north near Delaware rear ending another vehicle. Luckily my wife is okay and hopefully everyone else is. Ended up seeing the truck on a wrecker and snagged these quick shots at a stop light. Hope you get a little ass packing yourself in Jail. http://i268.photobucket.com/albums/jj32/Formula98/20161108_174950_zpsubehmifi.jpg http://i268.photobucket.com/albums/jj32/Formula98/20161108_175053_zpsdzppagy0.jpg

Honestly if you have a Tire Discounters around you give them a try for the service. Some of the stores are good and will do good service and do almost anything. I'm 1 of 2 ASE master techs with our lead tech having 25 years experience in mechanics as a profession. We do almost anything short of engine/trans R&R.

If it weren't for the price and parts availability I'd go Saab 9-7x Aero first. Not as common and just as fast. -

We have a customer at work who has a very clean grand marquis that's been sitting here for 4 months that he's pretty much just letting it sit. 103,000 on it and nothing wrong with it. He just doesn't drive it. I'm tempted to offer him 4k for it -

Yeah I've considered grand marquis lately. I kind d of like the style of some of them. I wouldn't be opposed to another gtp however most of the ones I've seen lately have really bad structural rust problems underneath especially at the rear strut towers. However if I could find a clean mostly rust free gtp in my range I'd be interested -

Not really any huge stipulations other than automatic for the wife if she needs to use it. Also don't want anything that'll set me back an arm and a leg for parts prices -

Sorry guys. Should have specified needs to be an automatic incase the wife and I have to trade cars. She can drive one if she has too but not enough that I'd trust her too and not be worried -
So the lease is up on my Cruze in January and while it's been a great little car the problem is its little. Got an 18 month old and another due in February. Need something I can put 2 car seats in and not have my knees in the dash. The wife has an Odyssey so I don't need another minivan even though I actually like the odyssey. Looking for recommendations on either a decent sized somewhat sporty sedan, or SUV/larger extended cab/crew cab truck. I'm leaning toward early/mid 2000's tahoes/Suburban/Yukon. Seen several and know what to expect as far as needed maintenance and repairs. Only stipulations are no Explorers/Expeditions or pt cruisers and stupid shit like that. I don't mind a vehicle that needs a little work as I fully expect it and will do the repairs myself short of trans rebuilds at my work and heavy engine work. (Unable to take up a bay overnight for personal vehicles.
