going to the pumpkin show and the ring and pinion went! go to jegs buy new gears and a support cover install those this past saturday with scotts help, go to test drive the car and the clutch pedal is rock hard(like trying to push your foot through a brick wall) so I pull the tranny out tonight and the new Ram hd clutch blew apart, that thing is suppose to be good up too 700hp wtf?

yeah because it pops out of 3rd gear when cruising and I cant use 4th gear, it gets stuck in 4th and is a sum bitch to get out, I was 40 min late to work one morning because of it

no gonna pull it thursday after work, doesn't take long to get it out, I just dont have the special tool to get the 5th/6th cluster gear off the mainshaft its a puller about 14 inches long

anyone wanna help me with this? I've rebuilt it once because of no 2nd gear, then a year or so later same issue and then the shift fork breaks for 5th and 6th, I remove it again replace broken parts re-install and the whole tranny locked up back in june, I take it out again and replace all the bad parts and bearings, re-install it and everything seems fine, a few weeks later I'm cruising along and it starts popping out of 3rd gear and if I shift into 4th gear it gets stuck and wont come out, I have a good 3rd 4th syncro, gears plus mainshaft what I don't have is a lot of money, manuals, or special tools. I'll pull the tranny out and take it where ever with needed parts, if anyone wants to help please let me know
