  1. everyone needs an r6.....we just started getting the yellow/black 08's at work and there badass......but anyway since i dont own a bike anymore ill leave it at that
  2. it doesn't spark knock on 93 with the timing set at 38 degrees total but it seems to run a little better with almost 42 degrees in it so i always through the 110 in it if im going to turn it up.....108,000 on the motor so its pretty much beat up but i still dont want holes in the pistons

    Wtf

    im with him^^^^^^^^^^
  4. late to the party but whats up?......air cooled vw's are bad ass the water cooled ones are ok
  5. sunoco 94 or 110 in the merc(the little station down the road from work sells 110 so if i know im going to beat on the car i get the extra insurance and crank in some more timing) but the minivan gets filled up wherever the 87 is cheapest in town
  6. well i have a buddy who's big into turbo dodges and the parts are easier to get for a 2.5 not to mention it wouldnt be such a tight fucking fit and like the other guys said...the water pump isnt driven off the timing
  7. damn that sucks, and as for the guy who said dont street race becuase it kills innocent civilians..we race on a back road with just the 2 cars running, no spectators, no passengers so its just our own lives we risk.....its hard to agree with you guys who only race on the track when i live 2 hrs from the nearest one...that and since we run from a dig for a 1/4 mile at longest all of the fast cars around here are caged and the few that arent are the owners problem...anyway that really sucks that a guy got shot for trying to help
  8. hahahaha this was great you are some funny guys.......i should do that to my ex but im not that big of an :asshole: thanks for the fun reads
  9. i grew up in baltimore md, and miss it alot. living in the country and these little hick towns have advantages such as less police patrol and more space but on the other hand theres nothing to do and the biggest attraction within 20 minutes of here is a damned wal mart.....so city>country imho
  10. well since i havent been near an alldata in 2 years i guess the hanes manual will work for me.....if i knew all you guys were super informed on chrysler 3.0's one of you guys could have changed my water pump, i will not put another dime into this pile of shit unless its a turbo 2.5 swap....fuck 3.0's there junk no matter when you change the timing belt...internal water pump can lick my balls
  11. looks good put i would have left the smallblock in it myself.....
  12. v8 fiero......thats a funny looking v8 lol j/k but anyway looks like its coming along good...a girl ran a northstar powered fiero last year at muncie but it wouldnt clear the decklid so it had a huge scoop the ran from the roof down
  13. welcome.....just jet up the nitrous!
  14. well the hanes manual and the local parts store said every 30,000 is the recomendation because of the problems that it causes if it does break i guess...mines brand new so im good
  15. patriots are going to win...since the cowboys are out and the ravens didnt make it im going to pull for the under dog myself...go chargers!
  16. i got this months hot rod/car craft/ popular hot rodding and ol skool rodz....wasnt on the cover of any of them
  17. sweet, i didnt know anyone worked on the saturns pre-ecotec....good job
  18. as far as i know the state of ohio doesnt honor the common law marriage bullshit...so you wouldnt have nothing of the same if anything a civil case were she pleads that she owns half of everything because it was purchased while you were together
  19. chrysler recomends that the timing belts on the 3.0 be changed every 30k....... and it IS an interference engine, trust me if it wasnt i wouldnt have changed the timing belt.....this is only the second one ive worked on but they are interference try reading the manual on a 93 caravan with a 3.0
  20. interference engines are fairly new to me so i wanted to make sure it was spot on.....my dads done several of them so i had good help atleast....nothing beats having a mechanic with 30 years experience on your side
  21. that sucks....im glad when we changed the belt on my van it stayed in time...first time we tryed it jumped a tooth on the back cam, good thing my dad caught it before i started it
  22. hmm all my titles say 50 bucks for the price paid......its a good thing both of the 2 vehicles i still own came from the same guy for my sake!
