Do not get a type s its way to small of a relief opening. Go with the Tial 50

There are a couple ways to do it. But since you are putting it on a charge pipe I would just prep it good and spray it 3-6 coats and let dry and you should be good. I baked my exhaust parts but our not going to go anywhere near those temps on the intercooler pipe.

Dover go to advanced Auto the stuff is called V.H.T up flat black ceramic hi heat coating good to 2000 deg. (Not the Engine Enamel). I have done my turbo manifolds with this stuff and have had no issues. Looks great and I can help you if you need it

There is one on here for much cheaper. Its a cool car no doubt. I wouldn't buy anything with a "built motor". Unless i knew EVERYTHING about it PS CFT's S2000 IS DIRTYYY!!!!
