Well thanks for all the input guys. I found the para for $499 and I believe the Springfield Milspec is roughly the same price, maybe just a little more. Im thinking its gonna be a choice between those two and Im leaning towards the Para. Im pretty sure that there are slim pickings in that price range for a decent 1911 so the para seems to be the best deal.

So I dont know much about 1911's but, I have heard the name Para Ordnance quite a bit. So my question is, is the Model GI Expert a good weapon? I noticed that it is priced significantly cheaper than the other Para Ordnances. Is it cheaper because of the less fancy finish or is it a lesser quality firearm? Also, if you have any recommendations on a cheap and reliable 1911 to look into I would appreciate it. I dont really care if its just a matter of a stiffer trigger pull as that can be remedied fairly easily, Im just looking for something reliable. I agree with the whole not publicizing that you smoke. I think that shit is lame and even back when I did smoke quite a bit I never celebrated 4:20, and I always told my buddys how stupid I thought they were for doing it. I would still smoke pot if my job didnt drug test but, unfortunately that is not the case. Interesting article.

The decal idea sounds kinda cool. It would be a good way to make the presence known at car meets and shit. I kinda forgot about the sonic on hamilton spot. That seemed to work really well last season and we never got kicked out. I think we should start that again.

Well you're in the same town as me, maybe we can figure something out sometime. We can get rolling shots out on 33 plus there are plenty of parks and things like that in the area. There are a few places in town that Ive always wanted to get some pics at.

Thanks. I got a bunch more from various angles and from the other side of the barn. I was pretty happy with the quality from a camera phone. Ill definately go back with better equipment. There is alot better potential, especially from the other barn on the property, I just couldnt figure out how to get my car over to it. Its a little over grown in some parts.
