  1. That has been my experience too, basically having to walk these people through everything.. I don't need them to source any cars, I have contacts in two countries. Just need to have all the customs paperwork dealt with, and go through the bond process. Fiagros rock!
  2. Thanks. I know all of the ins and outs, just finding a reliable broker is kinda a chore... I cannot stand when it takes multiple days to hear back from someone I will be hiring essentially.
  3. Does anyone here know a broker, who deals with international shipping? Specifically vehicles?
  4. I see one daily, not exaggerating when I say an 80 year old women drives it. Saw a gt350 yesterday. Didn't sound that different at normal speeds.
  5. Trans for these are dirt cheap, and a trans swap couldn't be more straight forward in these turds.
  6. Don't buy a range. They literally start falling apart outside of warranty, and become nothing but constant money pits.

    Free Chipotle?

I went to use mine today, and no bueno. I only get chicken and lettuce on my burrito, and that doesn't qualify as a full burrito I guess, so the code wouldn't work... They just let me have it though.
  8. That's because the majority of people in America who buy trucks are morons. People buy a truck 2+Xs the size they will ever need.
  9. Shop around. Insurance on bikes is weird.
  10. They added the option because so many people requested it. I know someone selling one with a few hundred miles, for msrp. Tempting
  11. Stateline Many more issues from that shithole. They have one service writer, and like one tech that can do anything past oil changes. Nothing but lies comes out of that place. Car has also been using coolant, and they claimed the level wasn't low, couldn't find a leak either... The best part, they added coolant, and the wrong type at that, pure scum. Also replaced one piece of trim, completely ripped the rubber weather stripping taking it apart, and left a long scratch from a screwdriver slipping. They didn't say a word till I noticed as I picked the car up, the owner claimed he would have it fixed.. Can't get a single call back from them in two months, and neither could corporate over all the shit that place has put me through. It current has a list of 10 different things wrong with it, taking it to another location. HATE the car.

Finding common ground, and just acting interested goes a long way in any situation.
  13. Yep. The last time I got my Abarth back from warranty work, they had it for a week, and claimed they repaired everything.... They literally didn't touch it. Still puking oil in the same spot, you could tell they never were in the area, as all the bolts were still soaked in oil, and the same built up crud from oil sticking to it... Side skirt still hanging off the car, etc.. The best is they diagnosed the car last year with the throw out bearing being bad, all the symptoms of it, I knew that before taking it in. They failed to book me for service in their system twice, how they do that twice, I have no idea. The last time they claim the throw out bearing is fine, and they will not replace it.... Worst ownership experience.
  14. In my case a Range Rover is more reliable than my Abarth, and the Range is a complete pile of dog shit. Fiat got me once with a shitty car, and even worse service, I would have a 4c if it wasn't for the way things have gone done owning my Fiat. Edit: If you look at dealer stock in the Texas area, a boat load of the Fiats have lemon branding on the car fax.
  15. Looks like he actually pulled a gun, what an idiot.
  16. The leveling suspension light :lolguy: Shockingly my Fiat Abarth is more unreliable.
  17. Everything is broke. It's been through a few air ride components, multiple sensors, etc. You only get a few months with no Christmas tree. To the junkers credit, it has aftermarket brakes, pulley, tune, intake, and long tubes :lolguy:
  18. You should totally buy one, they hold up great once the miles rack up. http://pic20.picturetrail.com/VOL1212/4798801/9950206/412127333.jpg http://pic20.picturetrail.com/VOL1212/4798801/9950206/412127332.jpg

Yeah the crazy ones, always make for great stories..... I've been dating someone for two years, but a few behind her, one crazy still sticks out.... I ended up going to her house, things started to progress, ended up in her room, scale 10 of crazy girl sex... After sex, she kept asking if I wanted to see something exciting.. Said yes, and she told me to open her closet... It was a bunch of police uniforms... She had a fucking husband and the guy was a cop! I've never Christian Bailed on a situation faster than this, she called me a million times afterwards asking why it was a big deal? :lolguy:
  20. If you seriously want a RR, and are willing to piss away 40k, just lease one... YOU DON'T WANT TO OWN ONE
