  1. Having driven and ridden in an Elise many times, I'd say it's a better ride than your Lotus. I had special coilovers made which are substantially shorter than all the other aftermarket coilovers on the market.

A term coined here was "Farkas'd" but my friends called it "Farkle fitment"

I must be getting old, just swapped cheap teins out for ohlins and about to swap those out for bilsteins shock and spring combo

  2. The Veyron is a complete car. Do 250mph at an airstrip then have your SO hop in and go for a weekend road trip in comfort. The Venom is only good at the track. I doubt it would be very comfortable for even the drive home.

But it's so ugly, ever see one of those bloated fuckers in person?

I think the Venom actually looks good, the Elise is too small and not wide enough from the factory anyways. The Venom looks as perfect as a Elise can get :)

  3. Had the Tien coilovers swapped out for some Ohlins. Had the car fully dialed in and aligned. Which I will probably end up swapping out for EVO MR bilsteins and a nice spring, for a more comfortable ride on the street.

  4. I wish I was a bigger fan of strokers, but I'm not. I'm pretty diehard 2 liter.

Good find on the brakes. Can't go wrong with that. Keep all of the stock parts. That car is rare enough to keep it all together.

Eh stock brakes aren't work anything.

Just had the Tien coilovers swapped out for Ohlins today.

  5. Read any or all of the following and tell me a trip to Disney is a good idea for this family (the children are 4 and 1 years old).

The suspension is falling out of my car. Should I keep driving it? This is the car he currently owns, and will keep driving...NEXT TO PEOPLE...So his family can spend thousands on a trip to Disney.

My exhaust is falling off as I drive. What should I do?

My suspension is broken. Should I fix it? I can't afford it. :(

My car needs new tires but I can only spend about $40 total for both. What do you mean 'safety'?

My clutch pedal drops to the floor

My wife is in agonizing pain, but we're hesitant to go see a Dr.

I just got a new car, which is falling apart, to carry my family around

I had 7 more threads picked out...But honestly, this should be enough.

I'm convinced this is all a sham

  6. The upgrading begins.

Just picked up a full EVO 8 Brembo setup for 500$! Which I thought was a good deal.

Now onto a turbo and all the other bits that come along with that. Snagging a built 4g64 short block to have on deck when this motor decides it's had enough
