  1. Hey all, I was just wondering if anyone will be driving out on RT 33 East of Columbus. I just drove through there yesterday coming home from a vacation and saw a Blue 2000 BMW M Roadster for sale on the side of the road between Lancaster and Nelsonville. Maybe around the Logan area? I wrote down all of the info on the car except for the phone number and would like to get more info on it. If you're from around there or will be driving through any help would be appreciated. I will pay handsomely in pizza and beer (21+ of course). Thanks, Ken
  2. Since I don't know if I'm allowed to put that up in here I've sent you a PM. Once I have my 25 posts I'll be putting it up in the right section with more info on it. Thanks! I've never had it on a dyno but if I had to guess it would be about 150-170whp. Overall it's about as quick as a mildly modified V6 Tiburon or Integra GSR. Definitely not fast but then again it's only a single cam. The best time she ever ran at the track was a 15.1@92. I had a lot of traction issues and that was when the 300lb stereo was still in the trunk as well. I'm guessing she would be in the very high 14s now. Ken
  3. Thanks. When I started building it back in '99 I had put some gaudy blue stuff on it but over the years have slowly removed just about all of it. I think all that's left of that phase is a couple hoses and the battery tie down.
  4. Not modified at all. Basic 150cc scooter. Basically it's just a fun toy for putting around Pickerington. The best part is that she gets about 80-90 MPG too.
  5. Alright I just logged out of my photo hosting site and came back here. The images are coming up fine for me. They're all off of the same site too so I don't really know why the scooter pic would work and thee rest won't. Either way here is the link to my photo galleries... Ken's Pics Ken
  6. Well here's the pics. A little late but at least they're here. 7. All I can see from here is http://brewcitymuscle.com/forum/images/smilies/smiles2/smileyR.gif
  8. For fun sounds good to me. It's actually a lowly single cam engine so she's not that fast. Plus it's never been officially tuned. It's only saving grace is that it actually has quite a bit more low end torque than a normal Honda 1.6 due to the blower. I should probably stop making excuses before we even run though, huh? http://brewcitymuscle.com/forum/images/smilies/smiles2/biggthumpup.gif Ken
  9. Here's my .02 Civic gets 22-28 City-HWY I have managed to run through a whole tank in 60 miles (under 6 MPG). That was during rough tuning sessions at the track though. Charger gets about 20 City and 24 HWY Scooter gets 90 MPG period but can't get over 55. Ken
  10. trowa, Well the Civic has got quite a bit done to it. Here's the list: Jackson Racing Supercharger (polished and port matched gooseneck pipe) NOS Dry Shot Kit 05122 (bottle is currently out of the car) SI Matrix short ram modified for JRSC Greddy Stainless Header Thermal R&D Cat Back Exhaust DC Sports Front Upper Strut Bar DC Sports Rear Lower Tie Bar Skunk 2 Coilovers NGK Plug Wires JR/NGK spark plugs AEM Cam Gear APEXi V-AFC V-tec Controller Autometer Phantom A/F Guage and boost gauges Walbro 255LPH Fuel Pump RC 310cc Injectors Cartech fuel management unit AEM Fuel Pressure Regulator Endyne 10PSI Pulley ACT stage 3 clutch Jun Ultra-lightweight Flywheel auto to manual transmission swap Jackson Racing Thermostat Jackson Racing Nylon Idler Pulleys Missing Link Fluidyne Integra radiator Fluidyne Fan Energy Suspension motor mount inserts Energy Suspension shift bushing set B&M fuel pressure guage That covers the go fast parts. I did a bit to the appearance and there is a little bit of stereo equipment left in her too but not much. I just had a hard drive crash not too long ago so I don't have any other pictures at the moment but I'll snap some this weekend and put them up. Thanks for the welcomes. I'll be sticking around the site whether I sell the Civic or not. If nothing else I might be able to help with audio and Honda questions. Since I'm still relatively new to Ohio it'll be nice to get to know some more folks with common interests. Are there ever CR meets or cookouts around town? Ken
  11. Still got the iPod? If so I'm interested.
  12. I don't know about all that but I would be willing to buy you a stack of pizzas if you can find someone to buy my car. Ken
  13. Not to worry... I don't even know where Milnor is. In fact I have put less than 3k miles on her over the last 4 years. She just sits in the garage waiting for a new owner. And since I'm not one of those guys you mentioned, thanks for the welcome Ken
  14. Hi all, My name is Ken and I found about about the forum when I saw a red Civic with a rollcage in it that had a Columbusracing.com sticker on it about a week ago on 256. I've got a 99 Civic EX that I'm currently trying to sell that's got a bunch of work done to it. It's listed on Craigslist at the moment but hopefully if enough people on here don't mind me, I'll be allowed to post it in the classifieds here too. My daily driver for now is an 06 Charger R/T. All it's got on it at the moment is a cat back Flowmaster system and 80k miles. I wouldn't mind selling her either. Other background info on me is that I was born and raised in WI and moved here to Columbus about 2 years ago for work. When I lived with the rest of the cheeseheads I was really big in to car audio and competed for SQ in USAC for a couple years. I still do some car stereo work on the weekends for people but have cut it down quite a bit just for the sake of having free time. Since then I have also taken the system out of my Civic and have been trying to figure out what to do with it next. Other than all of that I tend to spend most of my free time shooting pool, so if you see a guy that looks like Adam from Mythbusters hanging around a pool table come on over and say hi.
