    I gave my 15 Impala limited to my wife. Great basic car, just need regular fluid changes and it’ll last a long time. We like it because it’s one of the last things GM made that’s not loaded with driver aids and infotainment, this is also why some people wouldn’t want one.

     

    yep, thats why i love it. plain and simple. does have a killer bose stereo though

    thank to my dad, anthony green, and just wanting to have something other to spend money on than just cars, ive been on a gun buying spree lately lol. ive had a 10/22 for a few years and picked up a kel tec pf9 off of paul brower about a year ago for a carry gun.

     

    in the last 3 months though ive picked up a m&p sport 2 ar 15, mossberg/maverick 88 12 gauge shot gun, springfield 1911 a1 legend edition with a bomar (sp?) rear adjustable sight and a fiber optic front, and just a couple days ago i decided to upgrade my carry gun and picked up an m&p shield 9mm m2.0.

    bob was a good guy. always had fun racing with him every wednesday. just talked to him about a week and half/ 2 weeks ago and he was still talking about what he just did do his mustang. hard to believe. RIP my friend

  13. Looking to have a remote starter installed

    do not go to best buy. i got what i thought was a good deal through them to have one installed on my wifes car a couple years ago. set up my appointment, dropped the car off mid afternoon and recieved a call to pick the car up a couple hours later. go to pick it up, guy tells me right off of the bat that they couldnt get the trunk release button to work, so they just gave up on that. it wasnt a huge issue, so i just let it go and proceeded to head home. walk out to get in the car and realize none of my dash lights work. tried every switch, but nothing. i walked back in and told the guy about it and he tells me he is finishing up with an install, then he will look at it.

     

    ended up going out to dinner and walking around walmart for another hour until they finally call me. headed back over just to have the guy tell me that all he did was search online forums to see why the lights werent working, hands me this 10 page print out about how the dash lights are notorious for going on my car (2000 bonneville), and tells me that if i want to go buy all new bulbs, maybe we could work something out to where they would install them.

     

    i ended up telling the guy no, it was in your posession when they went out, it needs fixed or my lawer will be involved. got a call a half hour later saying it was fixed, they dont dont know what happend but appearantly they just ended up beating on my dash until all of the lights came back on.

    ive heard they are just looking for a new shop as well. ive only heard rumors as well, but supposedly them and vics had a falling out due to money "missing" on crucials side and then all of a sudden they packed up, taking some things that were not theirs, and dissapearing.

     

    what happend to cause it all or the other side of the story, i do not know

    For those who actually will show up and race, who are you calling out? Even those cone killers can call each other out even if they don't race each other I guess.

     

    I'm down for some admin on admin/mod violence so I'll run Anthony heads up and give Paul the move on motor.

     

    No Gary, I won't bracket race you do don't ask...

     

    This is COLUMBUS RACING so sign up, make some call outs and do some racing. For those who gave up on the horsepower life bring your daily even if it's a mini van and make hit, get your mancard back :fuckyeah:

    Nothing like hyping something that wasn't locked in to begin with I guess.

     

    It was locked in. From what i understand, the guys organizing this had a 3 year agreement with the owner to hold organized events there. The promo video they made, was taken a day before the agreement began. The owner found out about this and was pissed and told them to fuck off because they started before the agreement began.
