  3. I daily a white auto FRS also. My only complaint is crawling to get out of it. Girlfriend complains about the ride quality, and she thinks the car is too stiff too. Bazinga.

  6. One thing I do to keep weight off (when it's not freezing outside) is walk for 30-45 minutes in the morning on a empty stomach. Very low intensity. You can't eat for another 30 minutes after you've stopped. There is not a whole lot of science behind it, but from what I gather is it burns off the sugar that your body stored during the night. You know, the sugar you would need if a saber tooth tiger surprised you in your cave and you need some energy to fight it off. Seems to help for me. I dropped from from 222.4 to 197.8 in six weeks for a weight loss competition just before the holidays.
  7. Crossfit Grandview. I would never be able to keep up intensity if I wasn't in a group environment. No garage/basement gyms for me. Crossfit Polaris would be the only other gym I would consider going to.
  8. Today's workout was a short one. Warm-up: 1:00m work, :30 rest Alternate between jump rope, sit-ups, air squats, and walking lunges. WOD: 5 rounds for time 7 thrusters (front squat into overhead push press, one movement) 115lbs 9 toes to bar 11 Kettlebell overhead swings 70lbs Finished in 11:58

  10. Warm-up 10 mins. Row, plank holds, and air squats. Skill: Snatch 15 minutes to find a good working weight for the WOD WOD: 10 rounds for time 1 snatch (I used 135lbs) 5 pull-ups 10 chest to deck push-ups 15 air squats Finished in a little over 13 minutes.

  13. I'm kinda the opposite... If I can move myself and some weight and I don't have fat rolls around my gut, I could care less about looking big. To each their own, though.

  18. This guy is smart enough to know how to dodge an interviewer's question. It's not like he hasn't been on the talk show circuit for the last 2 years. He saw an opportunity (outside of of his own show) to call out homosexuality as being wrong and sinful and he took it. He knew what was coming.

  21. I'm all for a good time, but when you guys have to swerve 3 lanes to get around traffic it's getting a little ridiculous. Please, grow the fuck up before you put someone in the barrier. Gray Evo X is cruising in the left lane. Red Evo IX is up ahead in one of the middle lanes. Gray car races up and lines up with the red car. (Doesn't look like they know each other) Gray car takes off, both are dumping black smoke by this time. Make it about 5 car lengths before they both start swerving around traffic. Lost sight of them around 71. Was waiting for something bad to happen, but thank Zeus nothing did.
