  1. Wrx/STI, then you get into luxury cars from there
  2. woohoo! do you the expected mileage range on that one?
  3. At 144 months. NO MONIES DOWN! It's doable, but I wouldn't feel comfortable buying anything over $45k. Maybe when my house is paid off.
  4. I would suspect that I would have to make 100k a year to comfortably afford a tesla and other living expenses. I consider that "rich." But to each their own.
  5. If I were rich, I'd DD a tesla. I really like everything about them.
  6. Just to add... If I were to get one today, I'd get the 6 cylinder. Some power and overall reliability is better. 2010-2011 could be had in the price range.
  7. He's good people, Trish.
  8. Good Guy Honda. wished Subaru would've helped out with all of the HG failures.
  9. Hey OP, what are you leaning too? Interested to know.
  10. If they sold the passat wagon tdi in the US, I would have one in a heartbeat.
  11. I too was a fairly avid soda drinker. Would mainly do diet/no calorie stuff. Everyone said that diet stuff was just as bad if not worse. Switched to black coffee with a pack of sugar, raw sugar if I can find it. Using less and less every time. Hopefully, I'll be off sugar in coffee completely by summer.
  12. I'll have to check to make sure, but he said the plastic piece removed completely from the metal section.
  13. Buddy at work had the plastic part separate from the rest of it. He is unable get it out now. Any ideas on removal?
  14. I used Champion for my siding a few years back. They used sub-contractors to do the work. They did job fine in the end, but they would always show up late and didn't have enough guys doing the work. Busted their time estimate by 3 days. I called to complain during the work, and spoke to the owner. He was not a pleasant man to deal with. His argument was that I should tell the guys to be there on time and the estimate for completion was wrong. I told him I didn't hire these guys, I hired Champion. TL;DR: Don't use Champion Edit: I forgot to say. I have Champion windows in my house from the previous owner in 1999. Most of the windows will not stay open without some sort of support. I guess the springs inside gave out. I cannot get them covered under warranty because I didn't transfer the warranty within the first month I moved in.
  15. I forget the article or show, but they said that options rarely help when reselling an older vehicle.
  16. Word on the street is Subaru is fighting the convertible due to the weight increase and different driving characteristics. I'm pretty sure Fuji is the manufacturer for both cars.
  17. Talked to a couple buddies who have cleaning people (outside the area.) One pays $65 per clean, the other pay $75. The guy who pays $75 has a 3000sqf house and three kids. Both are individual cleaners, no business expenses or overhead. That's what I'm looking for.
  18. I was thinking $20/hour if using their own supplies. $15/hour for using mine. Can be a regular thing if I find someone I like. Floors, kitchen, bathroom, dusting, windows mainly. No laundry or basement stuff. I do have a a dog and 2 cats, so there is lots of fur. Thanks Trish
