  1. Being single, I'm debating selling my Grandview place and moving into an small apartment until the market cools off. I could sell tomorrow for $100k-$125k higher than I bought for 9 years ago. Decisions decisions Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  3. The park in Grandview Heights at Grandview/Goodale allows booze with a permit. I think it's around $300-400. It's nice shelter with a kitchen, built within the last few years Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. Boom BMW 335XI $12099 http://cleveland.craigslist.org/cto/6090335476.html Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. Anyone notice it has a full tank of gas and says distance to empty is 213 miles? Holy gas station fill-ups batman Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. I dd'd an FRS with snow tires for a winter. It was fine, ground clearance was sometimes an issue in the deeper stuff. What really annoyed me was the automatic roll down windows when you opened the door. If the window was icy, the window would lock and you would have to reset them constantly.
  7. Non-adjustable mounting plate. Plate is currently drilled for a Chevy big block, but with a HD drill and some elbow grease you can make accept whatever you want. Standard height, but it's base is pretty long. Come and get it! You can see the base in this pic
  8. Sold. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. I actually heard of good things when you rent u-haul. They ask if you need movers when you rent the truck. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  11. Awesome, thanks Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. Bought it from a member here last year (forget who?). Was going to put it in my C10 but went a different direction. Both will probably need rebuilt. Comes with all accessories, ecu, wiring harness, and ecu. I have an engine hoist, so we can get it to your truck or trailer. Looking to get what I have in it. $400
  13. Not that I agree with it, but yes, that is exactly what "they" want you to do. Court cases, time and time again, are hammering law enforcement agencies, albeit mostly civil. If the force match the violation, there is hell to pay. For example, if a cop sees a jaywalker and attempts to stop them, but the jaywalker doesn't want to comply, the officer probably shouldn't use force to arrest them. Maybe it's the PC culture, maybe it's the judicial system, but it's the way things are going. We are soon going to have a more European style le system with 100x the shitbags.
  14. I think the $5k discount is too little. The minute you drive it off the lot, you have a 3 year old used car. There are several '15s listed on Autotrader right now with no advertised discounts. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  15. Off topic: It's amazing to me that there are unemployed people these days. Every time I turn around there is some business looking to hire folks. A guy at work's kid runs a landscaping business and can't find anyone that is willing to work. On topic: Good luck! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  16. USAA, if you have access, will finance just about any vehicle. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  20. Maybe being mid-engine helps traction a bunch?
  21. Thanks guys. I got a quote from Hagerty, doesn't seem too bad. Gonna check out a couple more. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  22. I know a LOT of classic cars insurance don't insure cars used for daily transportation (only for shows, parades, etc.). I'm looking for an insurer that has an agreed upon value and I'm able to drive less than 5000 miles a year. I'm just concerned if a park it a a restaurant or something and it gets stolen it wouldn't be covered. And if I go with a standard insurer, they give me a scrap vehicle payout. Anyone have experience with any good insurers out there?
  23. My ex used to work there. Employee discounts are negligible. She would get me protein every so often and I could find the same stuff at Kroger for cheaper. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
