  1. I see about 21-23 on the highway. Mixed driving I have never seen below a 19.6mpg average. I always put mid-grade in it, so I am not sure what it would do on 87.
  2. I love this car but want to get into a daily that is a manual. Has been extremely reliable and would not hesitate to take the family to the outer banks this summer in it when we go.

  6. What address are you registering your business to? If you are using your home address and you have a mortgage sometimes they don't like that... same for insurance.
  7. 2.8L 30v 175k Honestly if she is looking for a compact/import then she probably won't like this.
  8. Hmm Asian driver jokes aside... she is going to need something safe... Buy my A6 Avant for $4800. AWD, new tires, new battery, leather, auto...
  9. tough to say. a few applications of CG black on black might work.. but if it is really bad it might be time to break out the Krylon.
  10. I need to try that out sometime. I do not go the movies at all because I generally hate people. Sounds good.
  11. I like Chemical Guys Black on Black - LINK Just spray Fade 2 Black on plastic, rubber and vinyl pieces and it quickly restores a deep black finish. Use it on your dashboard (I wouldn't suggest it on the interior), doors, arm rests, bumpers, door handles, engine bay (hoses, casings, etc.), exterior trim, mirrors and so much more. It is especially popular to use on the wheels because the spray evenly covers this tough to reach area with a like new appearance. It prevents fading and other damages with one easy application. Hold the bottle 8 - 10 inches away from the surface and apply a light spray. If you want a deeper and darker shine apply a second coat, but one is usually perfect for most detailers. Within minutes it is dry to the touch without that greasy and oily feeling. Just spray it on and walk away. Other options... Poorboys Trim Restorer - Works great on pretty much anthing you throw at it - LINK Locally, you might find Mothers Back to Black at Autozone or something - AMAZON LINK
  12. here is pricing. yes you can order it direct from Todd. If you are interested in getting it at about 10% off PM me. http://i.imgur.com/4uuvnfT.png?1 just a typical weekend.
  13. Part I of II My Z06 has no catalytics and the exhaust tips are impossible to keep clean. I am probably going to redo them in matte black at some point, but before that happens, lets put 22ple metal coating to the test. As you may know, 22ple comes in three flavors -- for paint, for rubber/plastic trim, and for metal. It gives amazing protection and contaminant shedding properties that last 1-2 years. After not even 2 days of driving the tips look like this... Going to start with some Optimum Metal polish and some #0000 steel wool to attack the grime. (there is pitting, etc. so this isn't a perfect exhaust anyway) Good enough - time for the coating Wipe off with a cloth and we are set to go... I will follow up next weekend with Part II to see how easy it is to maintain. Any questions let me know.
