Not an expert -- but I hear on the All-Roads if the bags haven't been serviced (or replaced completely?) they are bound to go at some point and it is a bit pricey.

I DD a C5 A6 Quattro Wagon with the 2.8. SLOW... if you do a lot of stop and go I would stay away. But, I love the car. Extremely comfy. Very stable in the snow. Great on road-trips. About 170k on it now. Aiming for 300k. Would get a newer S wagon or CTS-V wagon when this dies. for 12k you can get a decent one. Just watch out for the S's and the gas mileage if that is a concern.

Last time I had temp tags out of state person at the DMV said it was fine. Is that what you are asking? edit: You can also roll with temp tags from another state until they expire, and then get OH temp tags good for 30 days.

Update: Spent about 14 hours this weekend working on the paint. The entire rear end had to be hand-polished to get all those little tar specks off. Claybar and machine polishing was not cutting it. After some orange pad + 105 action I decided to try out a product that isn't available retail yet... http://i.imgur.com/o4vO2.jpg Sonax Perfect Finish + a white pad with a DA delivered simply amazing results on this hard clear-coat. It has the workability and ease of use of Sonax Paint Cleaner but a cut that I just cannot believe. I did the entire car and was able to achieve around 60% correction from a FINISHING polish. This product truly is a game-changer for the industry. Topped off with Sonax Wax. On to the photos... I am at a good spot now with the car now and looking forward to a complete correction possibly this winter! Next update will be interior and leather treatment.
