    IANAL but you shouldn't need a lawyer for something like this. You should also try to do a mediation, which is free and set up by the city with a neutral mediator. If you do end up in small claims it seems you have a solid case. there is a chance once they get their notice to show in court they will be quick to settle, or not show at all.

    Yea, barely past Wisconsin, but they made 14 freakin 3's. To still win up against that is pretty good. Columbus has football, at least leave Syracuse with basketball. If I was betting money I would have to give a slight nod to OSU only because there is no way Syracuse will be making the shots they did last night.

    Agree, on the other hand it is really going to come down who doesn't have the crappy night. Either team is capable of being flat any given game. With Fab, I think Syracuse could neutralize Sullinger, but without him it is a toss-up. Really going to be interesting.

    I have a co-worker that is into racing, went to Skip Barber, then had a baby, etc. and doesn't have a car to run... but would probably love to rent one. I am sure there are others out there. Just make sure you can make your money back on consumables + a little profit.
