Yep same one... Completely stock. 35k miles. Miles don't scare me. I would go 60k+ for the right price. Essentially a one-owner car. The 2nd owner has put only a few hundred miles on it. He is 76 years old and said it was too much for him, haha.

Never thought of the rims like that, haha. Really it came down to something I read on the vette forums.. and that is, at a stop light, if you could be in one and the guy next to you in the other, which would you pick? Z06 every time for me. ^ best color out there. hard to find those. Will definitely be at c&c as much as possible.

oh man I just went and looked at this red GS at Mercedes of Easton... full gallery VERY nice. The glass roof is amazing, and it has a solid roof too. I really don't think anybody could go wrong with a GS.

Deal struck on an 08 Z06 down in Kentucky. Should have it within a week. Still going to look at the GS at Easton. My father-in-law might be interested in it!

Good comments everyone, thanks. ok so lets narrow it down a bit... 2010 GS Targa Top with 5k miles vs 08 ZO6 with 35k miles same price... now what? I am guessing most people probably wouldn't change their decision.

I am looking to pick up an '08 Z06 here soon. But I keep seeing these Grand Sports with the ability and take off the roof and that is really tempting. I know this topic is beat to death on the vette forums but I wanted CR's opinion. I do plan on tracking this car on road courses and at the strip, but over 95% of the time I will just be cruising. The GS has more manners at the limit according to reviewers. So should I stop being a pussy and pull the trigger on this? Or realize I am a geezer at 30 years old and pick up this... (not the actual cars I am looking at, just for reference)

Damn. Any other vehicles involved?

Interested and would attend. (More interested in a road course though like Nelson) Only request is that the setup not be SUPER tight like some I have been to in the past.
