I like a lot of great ideas here. I wish I had something like this when I was younger, spent many days/nights working on cars in Apartment parking lots (where your not supposed to). It really sucked in the winter. I like the idea of cameras and key cards, cost might be and issue to have them installed, I dunno. I don't think there will be any problems, Doc already kinda has something like this going on now. Just looking to add a little more space.
