  1. Oh, I forgot a picture, sorry. If you want nudes, you can ask Mr. Sheeba for those

    It's a work in progress

    Nice! Good luck with that.

Omaha, NE - swinging through this weekend. Give me call I'd like to see this car!

  2. Common guys, how do you get started with this stuff?

Consider utorrent the program that you need to actually download. Once you have the actual program, you logon to a site that hosts the different "torrents" that you need. In these sites you can do a search for the file you are looking for, whether it be a video or music file, etc.

Once you download this thing (the actual program):

    http://www.utorrent.com/

You can use a search engine site like these (I did a search for "Breaking Benjamin") to find the file that you want, and download it using utorrent:

    http://isohunt.com/torrents/?ihq=breaking+benjamin

    http://www.mininova.org/search/?search=breaking+benjamin&cat=0

Hope this helps? It's basically like "Limewire" as the downloader (utorrent) and then you use different search engine sites to find the file of your choice.

  3. Limewire is a virus/malware fiesta. Torrents are the best way to go. First download utorrent from utorrent.com and then utilize mininova.org

All files have a comments section that you can read prior to downloading to make sure the file is clean and solid.

    Happy downloading!

    +10000000!

  4. are you moving to cali??

Moving the Shelby out there this weekend to store it before the weather hits, and then moving out there this winter. The wifey's staying here until her ballet contract is up. In a way... I get some time "off"!!

  5. I know the windy road your talking about near temecula, I remember even as a kid there was a huge rock the size of a house off the side of the road and someone painted it to look like a big sheep.

Most like it's the same one! I remember when we got to the top... there was some type of observatory up there. I did a google search and found the surrounding roads that I was referring to:

    http://maps.google.com/maps?client=safari&rls=en&oe=UTF-8&um=1&ie=UTF-8&q=observatory+near+temecula,+ca&fb=1&gl=us&hq=observatory&hnear=temecula,+ca&ei=rSPWSvToEI6iMd3AsZUD&sa=X&oi=local_group&ct=image&resnum=1&ved=0CBUQtgMwAA

  6. What was that windy ass road that went up the mountain, outside of Temecula, I think? Everyone used to take their bikes up there, and I went up it once in the old Mustang - that road kicked ass, but I can't for the life of me remember how to get to it.

I was stationed in Camp Margarita right behind the air strip - where were you all?

  7. would be nice if he gets the maximum fine, but instead of paying it to the goverment, he has to make payments into an organization that helps veterans

Oooh I kind of like this idea. That bastard has to buy me beer for the rest of his LIFE!

    Win/win!

I got a CAR for my time there but due to the slow ass marine admin system i didnt get it till I was out for a year. So i never got the pleasure of wearing one. Im not going to lie but when i first got it I got a window sticker for my car of the combat action ribbon.

Funny mine came quick fast and in a hurry. They were actually telling us to put them on our dress uniforms for the Marine Corps Ball even if they hadn't approved it yet... lol.

  8. These are some pictures of Portola. If you get tired of this... drive five hours to the beach.

  9. whew i thought you meant you were selling it lol

why moving to that nazi state? you know its going to break off and float away right? RIGHT OFF THE END OF THE EARTH

    Because I'm a Nazi. You didn't know that? Nazi's drive GT500's.

Honestly thought, lol, the wife is getting into what I call "mommy mode," and all our family is out in California. She made it clear that she wanted to be closer to family... and it wasn't really a question, if you know what I mean. I even showed her the difference in houses for say, $200,000, which came down to a single wide in California and a nice 2500 square foot house with attached garages and a finished basement, here in Ohio.

    Females are mysterious.

Toyotas are pretty ill. Good luck with the move. California is awesome.

Thanks. I miss Cali, and I mean the state, not the politics. My hometown is in the Sierra mountain range north of Tahoe - beautiful place!

    Google "Portola, California."

  10. I'm deffinately not a fan of this personally. It is people like that, that fucking disgust me. Too many times I've heard the stories of paper pushers who felt the need to inflate their own ego by calling home to brag about going outside the wire. Coming home on leave I got stuck with a bunch of FOBBETs bragging about how many IEDs they got hit by.

One pretty cool story was I just happened to be at the VFW enjoying my $1.50 beers when the old timers invited me over to their round table. I was short, polite, and just drank my beers. As the alcohol progressed, the questions worked over to me. I told them in short who I was, and what I did. They had told me no more than a week prior, an Air Force Airmen had come in telling stories of being hit by IEDs and got into multiple firefights. The group of old men told me they believed him, up until he spoke of being an air craft mechanic. The group comprised of mainly Army, and a few Marines told me they politely told him to get the fuck out.

But I do agree Gabe, the FBI should fry that ass. The only shread of dignity that he may have, is IF his organization really did reach out to Vets in need.

I agree with you. It is an interesting case. I do not agree with his actions, however, the fact that he didn't gain monetarily is good, and the fact that he's coming out of the closet and admitting this, is good. That doesn't make it right, or make him less of a douche bag - he's going to have to pay up to the consequences, and hopefully they'll throw it all at him.

  11. I'm taking the 500 out to California this weekend and leaving it there in anticipation of our move coming up. Looks like the weather is going to open up, so that's good!

The first leg of my trip is taking me to Omaha, NE, and I'm leaving Saturday morning. I'm planning on heading to Cars and Coffee and then leaving at 8:30.

SO I won't have the hot rod to sport around for the next few months, but I guess I can always show of the Toyota!!

  12. I cant get the link to load on my computer but i already know what it is from what you guys are saying. I have told a few select members on here my story. I dont like to talk about it that much so when people are telling lies about how they went outside the wire, I can pick up on it pretty easily. I was a gunner/driver on convoys every other night for two tours. If you ask me I may talk about it over a beer.

    I understand ;)

I actually can't imagine that anyone would do this - I guess to take advantage of people and get some attention. It amazes me!

Maybe we should take him for a ride Zac.
