Just because he's older doesn't mean he's legally riding. Stolen bike, no insurance, no license, warrants, etc could be why he was so desperate to get away. I'd expect a fight, he likely won't admin to being in the wrong even if you do track him down. Your insurance will probably fix it, and then go after his insurance if he has any.

I've had a 22/45 for about 10 years that runs great and is easy and fun to shoot. It has at least 5k rounds through it, and I've never had any problems with it. They are trickier to strip/assemble compared to an M&P

It's total BS, if the lights aren't on the sign, or there ARE no signs, we're just supposed to magically know when we're supposed to drive at granny-speed. Always beware during school hours, avoid school zones all together if possible. Good luck on the ticket, hire yourself a lawyer and maybe skate with 0 points and a fine.
