  9. Saw this on another Forum not sure if its a re post got a good chuckle... How the fight started ............ My wife and I were watching Who Wants To Be A Millionaire while we were in bed. I turned to her and said, "Do you want to have sex?" "No," she answered. I then said, "Is that your final answer?" She didn't even look at me this time, simply saying "Yes." So I said, "Then I'd like to phone a friend." And that's when the fight started.... __________________________________________________ _______ I asked my wife, "Where do you want to go for our anniversary?" It warmed my heart to see her face melt in sweet appreciation. "Somewhere I haven't been in a long time!" she said. So I suggested, "How about the kitchen?" And that's when the fight started.... __________________________________________________ _______ Saturday morning I got up early, quietly dressed, made my lunch, grabbed the dog, and slipped quietly into the garage. I hooked up the boat up to the truck, and proceeded to back out into a torrential downpour.   12. The bioelectrical impedance or handheld is sending a small wave of electricity through your body and can vary by hydration level as well. Fat does not conduct the current as well as the muscle and with a large amount of water it can cause it to send more easily making the numbers off. There is not a 100% method period, barometric chambers and dunk tanks are suppose to be the most accurate. Skin Folds can be accurate depending on the person who takes the Folds. Best way is to be consistant on whichever, for being at home the impedance handheld would probably be the easiest to do, using calipers is about impossible to do on yourself, although you could have someone do it for you....I Agree just take pics or use a mirror and judge yourself Justin

  17. haha aight man..thats bodybuilding you dont loose stamina below 8...I have worked with multiple pro athletes as well as D1 college athletes I guarantee they were all below 8 probably not much but 3-8% is a definite range...i dont think you can compare because of those people have so much muscle mass it makes them look even more lean but i think if there were a pic of Jordan he was 5% and under even after he came back the 2nd time was at 4% by the season and he didnt look terribly skinny...i did just take skin folds of a guy i know he was 5% and he lifts and thats it eats whatever and no cardio...
  18. 3% is fine for short periods my client was actually about 2.7% day before his comp in oct...5-7 is much healthier for sure... And your right about losing function of organs as well as losing protection of organs...Most professional Athletes in Track ,BBall are right around 3% What Comp are you doing? Ohio Northern Natural Nationals?

  20. When i Bought my first atv i was younger then 16 and recommended age was 16 they sold it no problem... I would worry about it if they ask tell them it for your other kid...I would recommend 80cc + yamaha has a 125 Breeze but i would do the suzuki 80 or Honda trx 90 I would try to find a nice used one though usually not much use since they are meant for smaller kids...my first quad was an old honda 80 i loved it haha

  22. I think we are on the same page... Its not that I do or do not want to get stronger..Just not that concerned about it...I have benched over 400 but after a shoulder injury i stopped. I forgot to mention i did the 225 x21 after not hitting chest from june to october because of an injured shoulder... I am not worried about people pushing me around haha go ahead. Its fact the body responds differently to training and if you train to get bigger you ll get stronger but at a slower rate then if you train to get stronger...By training to get stronger you ll put on size but at a slower rate...Not defeating the purpose different goals But everyone is entitled to their opinion about the abuse it can put on your body...resistance training is very important throughout your whole life because of the rate at which your body has atrophy...Its when you take it into training towards bodybuilding or power lifting that can cause issues later on. Lifting hard and training for that it much different. I know many people who lift "hard" and are older and are in great shape like you said, however you have to look at those who powerlifted of did bb in their younger years....a lot have had back, hip, knee and shoulder surgeries haha I give you props you push big weight for your size...But everything I do is raw and I will do heavy set hear and there but my workouts are not based Heavy as in 90% + of my 1RM
  23. I want to get bigger lol Not saying that i dont want to get stronger..But the more weight you push the harder it is on your body which you pay for later on down the road... I dont want to be a power lifter and I feel i move pretty good weight as it stands... Drop sets do build muscle, you dont base your workout on them its supplemental to maybe the last set or two of one or two exercises. By breaking down the muscle that little extra it lead to greater hypertrophy. plus it adds great variations to your workout. super compensation causes the body to over repair in turn. When you push your body just pass the threshold of over training it will super compensate to adjust to the workload...That kind of explains why and how it works This is based on building size rather then strength, A lot of your workout depends on your goal, lose weight, gain size, Gain Strength, Cant have it all...can get size with little strength...strength with little size...etc there are exceptions to the rules some people are freaks...
