The car has brand new wheel bearings so we can rule that out. The hub spins freely by itself. We can try to blender valve trick tomorrow. As for the hose passing by the heat, I dont see why that would be an issue. It's all oem stuff

Unfortunately i'm deeper into this than i care to be, but my fathers 05 vue 4 cyl no abs has been having braking problems. Once the car gets hot or about 10 minutes of driving the driver side wheel slowly starts to lock up. When she got home this evening i jacked up the drivers front and tried to spin the wheel but it wouldnt budge. Let it cool for an hour and it spins freely. Went to Del-Car junk yard in westerville and picked up a used caliper. Put it on, and same thing. I blead the brakes as normal, made sure everything was seated properly, and made sure fluids were topped off. Could i have received a bad caliper or could there be some other underlying issue? Whoever can give me some info leading to a fix will receive a free beverage of choice at crown next time everyone is out. Tia.

Will keep a look out. I cant imagine that thing being that difficult to spot going down the road.

Hondas are awesome cars. My integra had 180k on it and i beat the hell out of it every day. Boosted might i add. only thing that went bad on it was the distributor at 175k. Parts were plentiful and cheap.

ive been doing alot of reading on the 1.8Ts (02-05) and i guess these cars lack serious power from 0-30 mph. Do you plan to mod the car? If so there are chips you can get for it that increase it from 170HP to 210 HP, but still lack the low end power. With the chip you will see worse fuel economy than the 3.0. Chip runs $499 from APR. I personally am considering the 3.0. It sounds a ton better, has 220 HP stock, and and less parts that can go bad. Plus, the 3.0 sounds wayy better with the right exhaust. Unfortunately there arent many mods for the 3.0. Its more of a luxery engine. just my .02
