hahaha - so true on so many levels Turbs, I agree, I dislike when I am called into a meeting for my opinion and they don't like my idea. Im an Industrial/Process Engineer for Norwood Medical in Dayton for 4 years. I have a BS in Industrial Engineering. I do a lot of trouble shooting on machinery and machining process, labor audits (time studies) and much more.
