My g/f's dad has a house in Pataskala that has been for sale for alomst 6 months. He had one showing in the first 4 months and then another showing a few weeks ago that looks like the new owners. He was real frustrated that nobody was coming to see the house and thought about dropping the price. He had it listed for 199k. He hung in there and the people he's in contract now with are getting it for 189k. He dropped it 10k and is still walking away happy. I would just wait it out. My house isnt worth shit right now but its all I have and Im not letting it go until I can get my money back out of it. Just remember how it felt when you first bought your house. You will want that feeling back if you go back to renting... Hang in there...

Went to go get this car today and the dealership said they were firm on the 18,900 price tag on it. Even after they told me they only paid 15k for it they still wouldnt budge on the price at all. I been looking at that same car on their lot for 2 months now. They also had a never titled GNX Grand National on the showroom for 129,000 dollars O'well Im going to look at one at Dan Tobin tomorrow thats already priced a thousand lower than the one I looked at today...Probably just ebd up keeping the truck...

I have an 07 F150 that has 35k miles on it. At 17k miles I took it into the the dealership because the brakes were pulsating when brakeing at any speed high or low. They turned the front rotors and said everything was all good. I took the truck on the road with me right after that and I still felt the pulsating but I figured Id get it looked at again before the warranty was up. I took the truck back in 2 weeks ago since the factory warranty was getting ready to be up at 36k miles. They told me they turned the back rotors this time and said it was good to go. I havent drove pretty much since then until this morning when i took it to a dealership to get it appraised because I want to trade it in.Thefirst thing the guy tells me once he gets back from the test drive was the truck needed new brakes. I get home and called the dealership back that did the warranty work and asked him why I was getting the rotors turned when there was clearly something else wrong with them. Im assuming they are warped at this point. He tells me they wont put new rotors on until they have been turned till they cant be turned no more and that is Ford policy and that is the same at every dealership. He then set me up an appointment to bring it back in on Thursday. Am I getting the run around or is it true that they will turn rotors on a truck with 17k and then 35k miles on it?

Yeah, Ive been looking into aftermarket on the down low because I have to convince the old lady that I wont be out raising hell in it. Not much out there. I figured exhaust and dyno tune would be good enough for a daily driver for the girl. I would however be losing the truck in the process but I would just use my GTP as my work car. It gets better gas mileage anyway and has 135k on it now...

...and was pretty impressed. It was an 06 Grand Prix GXP. The car had some decent acceleration with pretty heavy torque steer but not that much more than the GTP. The car handled pretty good for the size of it. Brakes werent too bad Id say they were about as good as my Trans am which is way better then my GTP and F150. The interior is way better than any of my current cars. I like it a lot and so does the old lady who has the final say so anyway since we would be trading in the truck for it if we decided to get it. Head-up display is pimp. Xm radio is ok too... I know of at least one person on here that has owned one. I have done a lot of internet research but would like to hear some first hand experiences with it. The DOD sounds like a cool idea but are there any problems with it. Power wise I think it might be a little faster than my GTP which ran 14.1@97... Any info is helpful info.
